Does Creatine Expire?

Creatine users and bodybuilders I have a question for you. Does Creatine Expire on the date it says on the bottle or does it have more shelf-life?

I have a tub of creatrine that expired 6/12/2015 and I'm wondering if this creatine is still good to use. Does creatine degrade to creatinine in the tub after it expires?

Creatine should be kept in a cool and dry place all of the time. If you broke the seal on the creatine tube maybe it wont be good. A sealed tub of creatine I pretty sure will be still fresh.

Supplements don't have expiration dates - more like best before dates. As a supplement ages, it looses potency. That doesn't render it useless, just slightly less effective.

Generally speaking, if the supplement was stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, it is still safe to use up to 2 years after it's best before date.

Your creatine is still fine to use. When you finish off the jar, give the creatine supplement Ancient Strength from n2bm.com a try.

If you stored it properly, kept it away from direct sun light and extreme temperatures, it should be perfectly fine to go. In any case, the worst thing that could ever happen is that the creatine won't be as effective, but it won't hurt you.

not really man.. If some moisture gets in there it gets clumpy and shit but as long as its stored and sealed properly should be fine
