Hello Im doing the evo diet For cutting and I would like to hear some opinions if everything is right. On off days I eat 2300 calories and on training days 2500. My macros are 65% fat, 5% carbs and 30% protein. For fat I eat: salmon,nuts,olives,cheese,bacon,eggs,olive-macadamia-coconutoil and avocado.Protein: tuna, chicken, turkey, beef, eggs,no protein shake because of the insulin spike. Im 210 pounds 16% bodyfat and 1.87cm. For supplements I use n2 guard,n2slin,bridge,yohimflame,ostarine,cardarine and albuterol. No roids so far.Im training 4-5 times a week. Could I improve some stuff???

Carbs I only eat less than 30 a day from onions, peppers nuts and tomato

Overall, everything looks very well laid out and planned out. Good work!

You can still use a whey protein supplement on the EVO diet as long as it is a pure whey isolate. A pure whey isolate will have virtually no carbohydrates or fat per serving and is a good protein source to take after your workout because it will quickly replenish depleted amino acid levels.

There are a lot of good products on the market. I am currently using isolation from n2bm.com

Yeah, the Isolation is definitely a good addition to the diet, and it won't spoil your EVO diet, so it is a very convenient way of adding protein to the diet without any carbs at all.
