I have a pair.. Used them a few times.. They give some relief to your elbows and such... Definitely a good tool and they're not expensive.. I bought an axle though so I don't use them anymore.

Used to use them a lot, ended up losing them at the gym once when I forgot them...great forearm workout, to the point my forearms were tore up for days after using them the first time...I loved the things, but on DB's I had to lower the weights being used at first....
I have never used them personally but have heard good things about them. The science behind them increasing forearm/bicep activation during compound lifts makes sense.
The best thing you can do for developing your forearms (and arms in general) is to not rely on straps with heavy deadlifts and row/pulling exercises. I don't use straps unless absolutely necessary and my forearms have always been a strong point.
I have a pair never used with bench do with barbell bicep curls -- lighter weight deadlifts and stuff leg did - one could actually use good pipe insulation doesn't last as long however good test to see if it's something you want to add into your training --also with my pull ups while using captains of c**** hand grippers -- feeling the iron calling
That's why I like this forum so much - everyday I get to know so many new things! Have never used those, but now I am intrigued and will try to get them.
