Shorter work day today.
Had to adjust workout as my first set of squats gave me crippling back tightness. I'm considering dropping anavar all together, or reducing dose, this only occurs on leg day. We will see how it goes. I don't know if I'm not getting enough fluids or what, but since taking anavar, my squats give me wild back tightness that makes me unable to do my RDL's on a frequent basis. It takes about 30 minutes for my back to loosen up, I tried taking a break after squats and rolling out my back but that wouldn't fix the issue. The tightness is gone by the end of the session.
Macros were decent, this is about where I'd like to sit at on this cut/recomp cycle. I'm noticing a huge difference in my body composition as shown in those pictures and would like to continue to lose fat while building muscle. I think I could get some more fats in my diet for sure. Going to have some eggs alongside my usual breakfast tomorrow morning.
Sleep was decent, got to bed decently, just never enough time in the day for me to get a huge sleep with how late I worked out, and how early I have to get up to commute.
Looking forward to rest day tomorrow. Going to spend a considerable amount of time in the garage building some custom shelving for the twins room which I look forward to showing you guys in tomorrow's log. Building a mirror set of shelves, just slightly longer that I built for my first sons room before he was born, and adding a new top to the dresser I bought for the twins room so we can have a little more real estate for the change pad and such.
Did some manscaping today, shaved my head, and took a razor to my shoulders, and I'll be damned if my massive amount of body hair isn't hiding the muscle I developed thus far. I'm going to try and book laser hair removal for next Friday, starting with my damned back to see how it goes. I like having a hairy chest for sure, but my back hair can disappear into the sun. I'll be trimming my chest hair after I get the back hair dealt with.
