Had to adjust workout as my first set of squats gave me crippling back tightness. I'm considering dropping anavar all together, or reducing dose, this only occurs on leg day. We will see how it goes. I don't know if I'm not getting enough fluids or what, but since taking anavar, my squats give me wild back tightness that makes me unable to do my RDL's on a frequent basis. It takes about 30 minutes for my back to loosen up, I tried taking a break after squats and rolling out my back but that wouldn't fix the issue. The tightness is gone by the end of the session.

Macros were decent, this is about where I'd like to sit at on this cut/recomp cycle. I'm noticing a huge difference in my body composition as shown in those pictures and would like to continue to lose fat while building muscle. I think I could get some more fats in my diet for sure. Going to have some eggs alongside my usual breakfast tomorrow morning.

Sleep was decent, got to bed decently, just never enough time in the day for me to get a huge sleep with how late I worked out, and how early I have to get up to commute.

Looking forward to rest day tomorrow. Going to spend a considerable amount of time in the garage building some custom shelving for the twins room which I look forward to showing you guys in tomorrow's log. Building a mirror set of shelves, just slightly longer that I built for my first sons room before he was born, and adding a new top to the dresser I bought for the twins room so we can have a little more real estate for the change pad and such.

Did some manscaping today, shaved my head, and took a razor to my shoulders, and I'll be damned if my massive amount of body hair isn't hiding the muscle I developed thus far. I'm going to try and book laser hair removal for next Friday, starting with my damned back to see how it goes. I like having a hairy chest for sure, but my back hair can disappear into the sun. I'll be trimming my chest hair after I get the back hair dealt with.

Bro I know what 'dangerously tired' feels like. Seems like you sleep as much as @LevButlerov and I do and just add naps. Higher dose creatine works well for me (I've lowered mine to 15-20g and was at 30g ED).
And yes get rid of that body hair LOL

Getting to dangerous levels of fatigue I feel like. Open to suggestions on supplements or medication that may help with this.

Came home and had a hall of fame push day for me. My wife's mom was visiting and heard/saw me chucking serious weight on my bench, maybe that motivated me to jump weight twice. 235 felt easy, and 240 was really nice as well. The first rep is always the hardest. Added drop sets to almost all iso exercises today and absolutely wrecked my muscles.

I will be joining Team @OxygenPharm this week and look forward to restarting my log running their products with a couple accessories from some of our other solid Approved Canadian Sources to really bring this cycle home. This forum is such a great supportive community and I look forward to be able to give back and give some reviews and solid logs.

Thanks to @Shakey for once again helping me out. I was paying three times what a bottle of Costco fish oils costs on Amazon and that was for a month supply. I plan on taking 8 of these a day so 800 fish oils is 100 days worth for like $54? Finally grabbed some probiotics and also stocked up on a big bottle of Vitamin C.

Finished up the day with some pre-bed cardio, turns out if I just stand and cycle even at a similar or slightly higher resistance I can get the HR climbing quite quickly into Zone 2. More of a quad-burn Zone 1 guy usually but I'm going to fuck around with this a bit.

Came home and had a hall of fame push day for me. My wife's mom was visiting and heard/saw me chucking serious weight on my bench, maybe that motivated me to jump weight twice. 235 felt easy, and 240 was really nice as well. The first rep is always the hardest. Added drop sets to almost all iso exercises today and absolutely wrecked my muscles.

I will be joining Team @OxygenPharm this week and look forward to restarting my log running their products with a couple accessories from some of our other solid Approved Canadian Sources to really bring this cycle home. This forum is such a great supportive community and I look forward to be able to give back and give some reviews and solid logs.

Thanks to @Shakey for once again helping me out. I was paying three times what a bottle of Costco fish oils costs on Amazon and that was for a month supply. I plan on taking 8 of these a day so 800 fish oils is 100 days worth for like $54? Finally grabbed some probiotics and also stocked up on a big bottle of Vitamin C.

Workout was great. Great pumps all around. Right elbow isn’t a limiting factor anymore. Notice a little discomfort here and there but rehab reverse curls really working.

Sleep was good last night. Hope to keep that train rolling tonight.

Hunger was on point. Didn’t have any Retatrutide reconstituted for this morning so my hunger was insatiable. I know I’m going to drop it way down on my next bulk if I can get into the 12% body fat range before my next cycle because this boy can eat when he’s not got a high concentration of GLP product in the bloodstream 😂

Notes:
Longish work day, made my workout a bit rushed for time to get everything I need to get done before bed and sneak a 30 minute cardio session in.

Workout was great. Great pumps all around. Right elbow isn’t a limiting factor anymore. Notice a little discomfort here and there but rehab reverse curls really working.

Sleep was good last night. Hope to keep that train rolling tonight.

Hunger was on point. Didn’t have any Retatrutide reconstituted for this morning so my hunger was insatiable. I know I’m going to drop it way down on my next bulk if I can get into the 12% body fat range before my next cycle because this boy can eat when he’s not got a high concentration of GLP product in the bloodstream 😂

Forgot to enter my cardio stats for yesterday and left it blank. 30:16, 202 active calories, 120 avg heart rate.
Nice looking workout mate. Good balance of exercises for a pull workout.

Good to hear about the reverse curls helping with the elbow.
