Another mediocre sleep last night. Maybe going to drop HGH to 2iu’s can’t keep dealing with this carpal. I picked up the left wrist brace today from the post office so hopefully I get some relief on both arms.
Smashed my push day at 06:00 this morning trying to take advantage of my caffeinated state. Did a bit of deload action on flat bench but added a respectable amount of weight to all isolation movements. PR on incline bench. Volume PR on flat. Weight PR’s on everything else outside of overhead press.
Took my wife to her ultrasound today. Both babies growing rapidly and healthy. Operating room has been booked for June 17th for the c-section.
Currently holding a power pole with a digger truck for a civil crew doing work and will be sleeping in the truck overnight if all things go well.
Macros are okay. Need to get some more fat in the diet if I’m hammering chicken breast like I am.
Still trouble with the carpal eh? At this point i think you should cut the gh cold turkey and nerve compression from water retention should stop in 3-7 days or so. Re-assess after symptoms stop and consider reintroducing 1iu. You may have to consider a low dose of sub 2iu.
The twins are making gains already brother.
