First cycle, advice appreciated.

26 years old, 6'0, 175 lbs.

have a solid routine already, reasonably disciplined as far as eating goes; in the gym at least 6 days a week. Im pretty cut and in great shape but I'm at the point where i feel I'm ready. i wanted to do a cycle in high school to be cool, but glad i didn't. I have Test E- 300 from CZ pharma.. researched vigorously and am hearing a lot of different things. Was going to run Deca as well but seeing some of your posts sounds like i should just run the Test and see how my body reacts. Any advice as far as an exact guideline would help a lot. Thanks

Yes, as a first cycle test is the recommended cmpd. Trust me, the gains you will get if your training and diet are on point will be tremendous. Your body has never been introduced to steroids so it will respond very well. With each subsequent cycle, you may notice your response isn't as profound as the previous one. Our bodies are always trying to achieve homeostasis and will build tolerances to exogenous cmpds. So basically you don't want to overload your body with steroids on your first few cycles BC it will only decrease your response to them down the road. Does that make sense?

So stick with test at 500-600mg per week. Since you have 300mg per ml, it may be easier to run 600mg in two split doses. I personally prefer to pin 3x per week no matter what esters I'm using, just to keep hormone levels most stable. However, pinning 2x per week with enanthate is fine.

Just be sure to have your pct meds purchased and ready to go before starting. This separates amateurs from more seasoned users. You want your cycle to proceed as smoothly as possible. Be sure to run an AI alongside the test, either aromasin or arimadex.

This is not my first gear use but I've aged since my last foray. I'm 55, in the gym 4-5 days a week and I'm religiously following an eating lifestyle as seen in The Four Hour Body. In two weeks I've dropped 16 pounds to 228 and feel much better. I'd like to implement some Test Cyp into my regimen and I have a cycle from WellnessFitness. Based on your previous advice I'm getting some Aramidex to complement the Test. What do you recommend for weekly dosage of the T? And please give me any insights you have as well!
 
Run 500mg a week split into two shots if a long ester like entahanat or cypinate. If it is prop pin every other day but do 500 a week. No need to do any more. Run your AI every other day to be safe I like Aromison but arimidex will be fine. If you are not on TRT have all of your PCT before you start cycle. I ran this at 49 and had great results and no issues. Drink plenty of water a gallon or more a day and limit alcohol. I also advise a liver guard as well like N2 guard. Or order milk thistle, and tudac, and take those to keep liver enzyme in check. Good luck.
 
Typically, before I make any recommendations I like to have certain information so I can provide a patient specific regimen. Can you tell me:

1. Current weight
2. BF%
3. Cycle goals - how much weight gain or loss, are you training for strength or size?
4. The type of test you will be using?
5.How long you plan on running the cycle?

You mentioned you train 4-5 days a week which is perfect. Also, you stated that you are eating properly, which believe it or not is THE most important factor. I will be honest, typically a starting dose for a Test only cycle is 500-600mg per week divided into 2-4 doses depending on the type of Test. I doubt my dose will change regardless of the answers you post, but it is always good to know the information. If you choose arimadex for your AI, a starting dose is around 0.5mg EOD. Getting blood work prior and 6 weeks into the cycle is optimal, but at the very minimum try to get it done sometime during your cycle to make sure the doses of everything is adequate.

The final piece to the puzzle is PCT. This site posts "The Perfect PCT" and I can't argue with what they wrote. So refer to that sticky for your PCT and you'll be all set. Just make sure you have the necessary meds on hand prior to starting your cycle just in case you have to end the cycle early for any reason. It is just the most responsible way to run things. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best, right?

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.

Personally I think you should wait until you have some more muscle on your frame. You are very small for 6' so I think you really need to build a good base first. Work on the diet first and get in a bunch more calories. Your training is already consistent so just get that food in!
 
I am currently 226 and losing 8-10 pumnds per week on a very strict diet. My body fat is around 16% and I'd like to reduce that while dropping to a solid 210 pounds. I was going to run Test Cyp for 10 weeks with Aramidex and N2 for the liver guard via milk thistle. I'm holding off my start until I have the PCT components I need.
 
Always keep the first cycle simple as possible. I ordered a full beginner cycle from Steroidcart.com a couple of month's ago and my results was amazing.
One of my friends actually ran 250mg Test E only for 10 weeks, with almost the same gains like me!
