yes i walked into a trailer hitch at work and it messed me up pretty good happened two weeks ago tomorrow and i still have a knot in my leg it’s getting better day by day.

in the last 8 months i’ve drank two glasses of champagne on new years and 1.5 margaritas we got three special margaritas and split all three i might have had more than half the margaritas but i really don’t drink only bad habit I really have is my vape
 
workout and macros i kinda ate a lot today i was hungry but i did bust ass in the gym a little bit and put in almost 25000 steps today as well

do you have sugars you can screen shot? where are your carbs coming from? :D @milbous1 a lot of gym volume today too!

yeah vaping is no good, very bad for your lungs.
 
my carbs come from oats ,rice ,wheat , and fruit like dates, blueberries blackberries strawberries bananas, dried figs

every day i wake up drink two servings of my powdered oats flour 50 grams of carbs 200 grams of carbs worth of rice while at work around 100 grams of carbs at dinner some kind of potato or rice 4-6 of my natures snack bars at work and then fruit you are asking that question because you saw the fruit snack on my app pic 80-90 percent of what i eat is flawless clean i eat some junk here and there. every saturday i eat a small apple fritter. on Sunday i might eat a half piece of cheese cake but it’s been two weeks since i have. some times i switch to potatoes of some sort at work instead of rice.bowl of oatmeal before bed if im starving still no more than 50 grams of added sugar usally way less
