First Ever Cycle

Male, 23, 179cm, 73kg, 11%bf, trained for 5 years. As of why, prolly just tired of being a skinny bitch i guess!

Just started my frist cycle, 250mg/w, pinned 3 times a week. HCG 3 times a week 250IU each time.

Today's my second pin, i don't know if its placebo effect, i do feel better sleep at night. Usually in a 8 hour sleep I wake up 3-4 times, but after my first injection to now, I find myself rarely waking up at night, and a increased energy in the morning. No physical effects yet. Using a 21g to draw and 26g to inject, cycling between quads and glutes, no PIP.

Nothing much else to say since its only my first week! IDK if anyone will look at this but will keep updated for my own purposes!

Imedical.com.au get a blood test - sports bb3 ideally and post it up, let's see if your deficient in something first and what your test levels are actually like before you go wasting money and just hurting yourself when your levels are already probably sky High at 23... my guess is you don't know how to eat let alone prep food properly for mass, gear is not the answer if you're not on top of those my friend.

Don't worry you will have thousands looking at this and wanting to help you out bro.
To start let's get some more info posted from you with updates often too

In updates: write your cycle, your age, diet, training, your body weight, supps, etc and we will help you along on your cycle or help you decide when it's time adjust anything listed.

For example: What are your supplements?

Are you taking high doses Vitamin C?
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
Apple Cider Vinegar with mother?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)
