Alright guys and gals just got everything in from SARMS1 and N2B and will be kicking it off starting tomorrow morning. I'll list everything here including cycle, diet and a very brief idea on training. I'll post pictures soon of where I'm starting and try to update at minimum weekly if not more frequently.

Current basics:
5'10"
150lbs give or take
BMI 22
BF 12-13%

The cycle:
8 weeks
GW: 20mg/day split in two doses 12 hours apart
Andarine S4: 50mg/day split in two doses
MK Ostarine: 25mg/day in the am one dose
LGD Anabolicum: 10mg/day one dose
N2G: 5 caps/day

Mini PCT:
Ostarine 12.5mg/day
Clomid 25mg/day
N2G 5 caps/day
HCGen ES 5 tabs/day

Thinking GW S4 and MK in the am and then GW S4 and LGD 30 minutes prior to workout.

The Diet:
AM: 100g dry oats 1 scoop whey protein 4 full eggs all in a shaker and drank down
Mid morning: 2 scoops whey in water
Lunch: 200g chicken or white fish and 300g rice or potatoes
Mid day: 2 scoops whey in water
Supper: Roughly the same as lunch
Evening: 6 eggs scrambled
I'll also snack throughout the day on 1-2 cups of trail mix

Training:
Won't specify days of the week due to work schedule and to keep the post short for now I won't go in to specific exercise will add that later as things progress.
Day 1: chest and triceps
Day 2: legs
Day 3: shoulders and calves
Day 4: back and bis.

Trying to keep everything as simple but efficient as I can for this first timer.

bro andarine start with 25mgs ed not 50mgs...for diet have 10 egg whites evening...also your goal is what? you'd need more calories to bulk bro...

Ok I'll add the extra egg whites at night and cut back the andarine dose. Goal is to add some lean mass and strength.

You need to redo your diet. I don't have the time to break down the macros but that seems way off. Obviously you want to bulk up so I would toss in more carbs since you so light

Toss some fruit and vegetables in there. Some natural peanut butter and ezekiel bread or ezekiel cereal.

6 weeks LGD alone suppressed the sh*t out of HPTA for me. Glad you at least have clomid in there for pct.

Also, personally did not have much increase in appetite from it, so, you better eat till you hate food if you want to see any mass gains.

Good luck bro in your cycle.
Wish you to get great results.

you are depending too much on protein shakes and not eating enough at all. you are only 150 pounds here. you should be eating much more calories than you are.. and where are your green veggies? non existant. this is why you have a hard time gaining mass, those muscles need minerals and vitamins to repair and grow

you can't just live off chicken, rice, and shakes and expect to grow.. its not working for a reason. the guys that do it are on tons of gear and they are born jocks, so they can get away with doing things wrong. but you need to work much harder on proper diet to have results

when I was transitioning from skinny runner to weight training my breakfast would be 2 bison burgers with tons of lettuce and tomato on an ezekial bun. that was just breakfast. I also was eating 5 large meals per day, and snacking in between on a lot of nuts, fruit, and veggies.. did not use or need steroids to pack on 20 pounds of solid mass .. its all about diet bro, real food/not shakes, and until you fix that steroids will not do anything for you except give you temporary gains

Gonna be adding more to my diet and making some necessary changes. I do have greens and lots of nuts/fruit in this current diet just listed the bare bones of it in the first post. I'll keep
You updated and thanks for the advice you guys knowledge and information is incredibly valuable.

Day 1: just a quick initial update started the cycle this morning. Wow that's a taste not soon to be forgotten lol. Nothing really to update on but did get a warm flush feeling shortly after dosing. Will continue to update and get some base line pictures posted.

Your cycle and training (from what I can gather) looks good. Your diet needs some big improvements though.

The Diet:
AM: 100g dry oats 1 scoop whey protein 4 full eggs all in a shaker and drank down
ADD IN SOME FRUIT
Mid morning: 2 scoops whey in water
Lunch: 200g chicken or white fish and 300g rice or potatoes
ADD IN A VEGETABLE SOURCE
Mid day: 2 scoops whey in water
Supper: Roughly the same as lunch
Evening: 6 eggs scrambled
ADD IN A VEGETABLE SOURCE AND SOME NUTS/SEEDS
I'll also snack throughout the day on 1-2 cups of trail mix

On top of your diet, supplement with a good quality multi vitamin (ruthless 3d from n2bm.com) and fish oil.

Good luck on the log. I'll be following along!

Here is an idea of what I eat when bulking. It's close but off the top of my head so not exact

Meal 1. 100 oats mixed with water and 2 scoops protein
Meal 2. 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs mixed in bowl with red hot
Meal 3. 1 can tuna, 2 pieces ezekiel bread
Meal 4. Chicken breast 1cup broccoli 2 tbs natural peanut butter
Meal 5. 8 strawberries 2 scoops protein
Meal 6. 12oz salmon, sweet potato, 1cup kale

Casien shake and 10 almonds before bed

I actually forgot a meal in there. I always eat 6oz of red meat or lean ground beef rinsed when bulking

Guys this information is awesome and helping me tons. I want to get the most I can out of this run and a good log for myself and maybe hopefully benefit others.

The cycle is looking good. At least it is a pleasure seeing someone do a proper PCT. The only thing that you really need to consider, is @gearhead's advice

Regarding the diet, you should try to get more of the real food, and less of the protein shakes. But I guess that everyone has his own ifs and buts, so it is up to you.

Good luck with the cycle, and keep us posted.

Trying to get as much of the actual food in as possible. The biggest issue is work schedule really. I work on drilling rigs and the shakes are just quick and convenient as a supplement when I don't have time to actually eat.

I would try making meals you can scarf down fast, if you can't then protein, carb shakes and meal replacements are made for you. Their obviously not the best but your job is more important and I totally understand how it is and not having time to eat the way you want to

Ok just a quick update. It's been three days since starting. I'm sure most right now is psychological since I am taking the SARMS but felt today like I was able to get a few more reps out on the same weight as last work out. Felt great today really good pumps and felt like there's a bit of increase in endurance. Less rest time and more reps. Another thing noticed is I've always been a troubled sleeper can never stay down longer than five hours. Normally down at 11 up at 3-4. Slept straight through the night last couple nights which is a pleasant surprise.
