First Time Sarms cycle

Ok, so Im fixing to come off my Keto diet that I've been on for 5 months now and I've lost a good amount of muscle doing it but I wanted to get cut before i bulk and im wanting to get the best bulking and Strength cycle from Sarms i can get i need help on what you think would be the best.

Current Stats
Age: 19
height: 6'1
Weight:195
BF: 10.5%
Bench:365lbs
Squat: 435lbs
Deadlift: 545lbs

This is the cycle I am thinking about:

1-12 LGD-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 MG PERDAY
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 MG PER DAY
1-12 MK-2866 OSTARINE) 25 MG PER DAY
1-12 D-Spark
1-12 HCGenerate
1-12 N2Slin

13-16 HCGenerate ES
13-16 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 MG PER DAY

Im very spot on with diet im wanting to start in December
gonna do 450g protein 150g Carbs and around 3000-4000 Calories a day

I just wanna know what kinda gains i could make, Im Natural to so starting this is kinda nervous to me but my genetics are pretty good my dad and mom brother played in nfl to so im curious to see what i can gain.
 
1gram per pound of weight and even that is not necessary. Not even sure how you would consume 400g of protein without severe problems and a very sore and stinky ass

Overall your cycle and diet looks good. Personally, I am a carbohydrate guy and would slightly lower your protein intake and increase your carbohydrates significantly.

Your PCT is what needs improvement. I recommend the following mini PCT after your cycle. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day
cardarine GW 20mg/day (10mg AM 10mg PM)

Besides that everything looks good. S4 has a short haft life so split your daily dosage into an AM and PM dosage.

With proper diet and training, you can easily gain 5 pounds of lean body mass, with no increase in body fat or a decrease in body fat with the SARMS cycle you have laid out. SARMS are not near the strength of steroids, but they are very easy to recover from and very minimally suppressive of your HPTA.
 
The cycle is looking good. However, there is one thing I would change - use Andarine S4 at 25 mgs only for the first two weeks, and then bump it to 50. This way you will make sure to avoid vision related side effects. Other than that, if you follow @muskate's mini-PCT, it will be an almost perfect cycle.
 
Alright yeah I might as well add more carbs, I'm just so used to not eating them from ketosis, and I'll run that PCT afterwards, everybody says you drop bf on sarms I hope so I looking to run a big bulk December through February, then PCT March and then starting cutting for 8 weeks before summer, you think I should run a cut cycle with sarms?

Looks good. I'd say drop the protein to 1.5 per pound. You're not using steroids so your protein synthesis potential is not as great.

lol thats really yo're opinion on protein intake? 400 is pretty easy to do. If he was on gear thats a pretty normal amount

I didnt know that was a normal intake for a person on cycle. I suppose i should try it. Could you explain the reasoning behind 450g of protein for someone who is on cycle and weighing around 200 pounds? Thanks

It wasnt till I upped my protein way up there that I kinda seperated myself from the crowd and really took advantages of my cycles. I'm now under the idea that carbs are for the weak. I dedicate most of what I'd take in carb wise to just more protein.

It's worked really well.

Not to mention non cycle you're body can break down and actually use this kinda protein level.much more efficiently than some one natural. That's a fundemental benifit of AAS.

I'm a bigger dide too though so to stay at what I have gained there is just no two ways about it for me anymore.

I think overtime the excess could potential take a toll on the body. That's why on my cruise I usually stay around 300g or 350g. I mean that's almost a gram per pound for me anyway.

My protein is from food too so that could be the difderence. I only drink shakes in the morning or after a lift. That's it.

Around 200 lbs no need to shoot so high really just get what you can in. Shoot for 2g per lbs of bodyweight for a couple months and just see how you like it. 400 like I said is pretty common for a lot of people. That's a good number for most.

It's not something people can just up and do either. Your diet is kinda like trai n ing. You don't just start off with 500lbs. Work up to it slowly and safely. I think that's where a lot of people come up with stomach problems or intolerance to doets like this. Thier body just needs time to adapt.
