Getting stronger need advice!

hey,
Im 24 and I weigh in at about 160-165. I've been lifting for a few years now, and I like to think im fairly strong for my size. The problem is my bench has been stuck at round 320 for a while. I cant seem to get any stronger. I'm trying to eat more (healthy - not junk food) and I been just using whey protein lately. I did use Cell Tech about a year ago for a bit and it worked pretty good, but i just finished off a tub a couple weeks ago and didnt really see any gains or difference. I have used pre-workout supps. before that seem to work somewhat. If anybody has any advice to help me get some gains i would greatly appreciate it. I'm not really lookin to gain alot of weight - i'd be happy round 170 or so. Just lookin for some hardcore muscle gains. I'm open to anything. I bn lookin at some testosterone boosters, but haven't purchased any yet. The animal stak seemed to be a pretty good product. ANY ADVICE.?
 
Testosterone boosters can be nice,.but they're not going to give you massive gains really. A lot.of times when your lifts plateau like that, it's helpful to step the weights and program back a bit, and try to really focus on where you might be able to make slight improvements in form. Give it a few weeks at least of seeing if you can make any headway and then ramp the weights up again. Keep in mind, as you keep getting stronger, improvements in the 1rm are going to come slower and slower. If you are a non-tested athlete, some sarms strength stacks like those from esarms.com can ratchet up your progress as well.
 
you are going to have to gain some more weight to move your bench press. that is a very strong bench as it is. the body cannot be pushed more hence you aren't getting better. gotta gain some more weight
That's a very good point as well.
