looking for help with equipoise
dosages I’ve seen range from 300mgs up to 800mgs for an average gym rat like me. I train like 3-4x a week. 20 sets. Looking for something to help conserve muscle in a deficit.
I’m 5’10’’ and 189lbs and want to shred up or recomp. Currently about 12% body fat and 44 years old.
Question is what is optimal dosing and length of cycle?
