Hey all,
I was going to do a sarms stack about a year ago that was suggested to me on this site but had a family issue I needed to move out of state for over the last year to help out with so that whole idea went out the door. All is good and I'm back home so I'm ready to look into this again. I had also been suggested to not even do a sarms stack and just go for a simple test cycle considering exercise and diet were on point.
I've been training solid now for just shy of 4 years as in actually taking taking exercise seriously. My diet is good and very basic when it comes to "clean eating" I like to keep things simple including my food. I'm about to turn 28 and I'm 6ft tall and bf% is 16-18%. I've decided I'd rather just go with the test cycle instead of a sarm stack. I need some help with with on cycle support and pct for this cycle though. I see so many people saying different things on other peoples threads about what to take for on cycle support and the pct, so I figured I would start my own thread and get some suggestions in here. I've researched a bunch myself but being that I'm a newbie I'd much rather have someone who's been down that road help me out. I've seen a bunch of people on here that seem so willing to help out and make sure people take a safe route when using gear. It's honestly a huge relief seeing that and definitely calms the nerves for a newb like myself.
I'm thinking 12 week Test E cycle
Week 1-12 500mg Test E (250mg pin Sunday & Thursday) Sound ok? I want to keep it simple and see how I respond.
Now where I want the true help is on cycle support and pct. Can I get some layouts of both of those that would work best with my test E cycle. Ex...what to take...dosages...best place to get from...etc.
