I am currently NOT using anabolics. However, I already have previous experience with prohormonals (unfortunately one turned out to be fake), and I want to start a real Trenbolone cycle as soon as I have the complete protocol and adequate support from you.

Current diet:
I am in a moderate caloric deficit, consuming between 1300 and 1700 kcal daily, prioritizing lean protein, vegetables and healthy fats.
Typical foods:
• High protein breakfast (whites, bacon, Greek yogurt, kombucha)
• Balanced lunch (chicken, rice/pasta, vegetables)
• Light dinners (tuna, salads or protein with vegetables)

Current training:
I train 6 days a week with a focus on aesthetics and strength, dividing the training as follows:
• Monday: Back + Chest
• Tuesday: Leg + Biceps
• Wednesday: Shoulders + Triceps
• Thursday to Saturday: The previous division is repeated
• Sunday: Active rest (swimming, sauna, hiking)
I use a modified Heavy Duty training style, with high-intensity techniques and muscle failure training in almost all groups.

• Omega-3 (2 times a day)
• Creatine (5g pre-training)
• Liver protector (Milk Thistle at night)
• Probiotic kombucha (frequent use)

My goal is to start a serious cycle with Trenbolone (possibly with a Testosterone base) in a structured protocol to achieve:
• Aggressive reduction of body fat
• Maintain and increase lean muscle mass
• Achieve an impressive aesthetic in 12 weeks
