Ok I'm really feeling the effects of the gw. Cardio had been a breeze doing 45 min sessions after workouts this week. Got 2 more weeks left on oxandrovar. What I can say about it since I've gone to 3 caps is that I have really started to break out on my chest and stomach. I don't like it at all. My strength had stated the same even though I've cut more carbs from my diet. I still have kegs to do this week so I'll hit those tomorrow followed by light cardio and Sunday I'll do an hr session before Mother's Day activities.
