injectable b12

Anybody use injectable b12? I'm interested in going this route instead of the tablets but all I've found so far is usa peptide and not sure if its g2g

B12 is freaking awesome to say the least -- I need to find the studies of it -- the main thing is make sure you are dosing the right type -- methylocobalamin is the 12 you want the other is trash google it -- the white moons in your finger nails determines if you have low b12 everyone should have it or its low --

this is why I'm so curious to give it a whirl.

yah bro the tabs I have are the other form with 500mcg each; they work somewhat but not as good as I've heard compared to injectable

the tablet and liquid forms I can buy anywhere
like Krypton posted you can get the shots from a doc or at a local pharmacy but I have no clue if they'd outright sell me vials of it

Inject by my reading is prescribed however I'm pretty sure one can go to the local feed store or vet and get the inject for their dog or animal -- I use the tabs and thought of the inject since it is very safe and good to use for our bodies being a water soluble excess amounts just get pissed out and has zero negative effects however that being said to to much of anything is bad -- get the methy tabs only 2500mcg and take 2-3 da daily it helps

I use 1000mcg Ed while bulking it makes me super hungry and gives me a extra boost of energy threw out the day

maybe a tint bit but i get more energy increase from my superfood green food energy drink. i saw no reason to continue shooting b12
