I am going to start taking an intra-workout supplement (VPX Power Shock) and I was wondering how you should take it during your workout. The reason I ask this is because I drink a lot of water when I lift, usually between 1.5 - 2 Blender Bottles full (roughly 40 ounces). I know you are suppose to "sip" on intra-workout supps during the workout but how would I work it out with consumption of the intra and water? Should I have two separate bottles? Drink PowerShock until it's gone then continue drinking water?
