intro and help on second cycle?

Hey guys new to here. Really stoked ive been snooping for a good place for awhile. Ive been researching for a few years now done one cycle. Just test e at 500mg a week and dbol kick start. Got to 225lbs and 14% bf 6ft tall. I was 215 and unmotivated so I took the step. Now ive got caught up in the job and being a pussy I guess haha. Long story short took a 10month break and said forget my diet. So im 240 now and dont even want to see my bf. Im back in the gym a month strong and thinking of my next cycle once I get back to a good bf and shape ill hit it hard. After leg day I was sore for like 5days! Yea buddy! I was thinking of a test prop and eq cycle what you guys think? Im a newb I left alot out but im here to learn guys.
 
Welcome to the forum, thanks for doing an intro. If it were me i would go natural for a bit longer to make sure you can make it(lifting,cardio) a habit and then I would do a triple stack from sarms1 to help you recomp/cut your way down to >15% bf. Then if your still going strong you can think about a cycle.
The triple stack is ostarine, s4, and gw 501516.
Osta builds/retains muscle, s4 hardens muscles and gives strength, gw let's you cardio forever and melts fat.

Great to have you on the forum brother, hope you find the knowledge and experience your looking for. And yea I'd go Natty for longer bro. Going from not working out to a aas cycle in a month is a big leap. I'd stick with d gemells cycle above. Good luck bro

Muscle memory is a beautiful thing. Sarms would be a great way to get things going again. They can help you reach you bf goals, add lean mass pretty quickly, then you could hit a cycle afterward
 
Brother I don't say this very often, but some quality gym time first. Make that commitment to yourself first before you start using aas again. Without the right diet and hard work nothing is going to help.

get back in there for more than a month. Muscle memory will begin to kick in and you ll be able to make lots of natty progress real quick. Shedding the BF will take some time, but building & re-gaining muscle wont be as long.

Id run S4 & GW for 10wks, do a short mini pct (hcgenerare ES) for 3wks, 1 wk natty, and than hope onto androvar or another cutting type PH.

The sarms will give you some boost in strength and really help out with the fatloss. Once your leaned down and had some time to get your muscle back on your frame......than cycle. You already mentioned prop/EQ. Id go with tes C & EQ, use androvar up front for 4-6wks to get things moving and you ll have a really nice 12wk run.

About muscle memory guys.. I was at the gym and this trainer ex cowboys tightend said muscle memory is gone in 1month I totally dont believe that. What you guys think?

Yes totally agree. If your base is still strong you will bounce back fast naturally. Get the food intake right and the right foods. Get back down as far as you can and while doing that research sarms and get that going in a couple months you won't be disappointed

That seems standard....I heard 6 weeks for most of my training life but in my opinion from what I have seen is 3 months depending how long you took off.....

Finally getting that addiction to the pump back. Cant get enough! Again I cant thank enough. Evo is like a big family. Im glad I found a good place with good people to help me on my journey to yolkness. Haha. And yea looks like my muscle memory is gone. I lifted hardcore for about 9yrs and then life caught up with me. But I'm back on track. I'll do some before and after pics It should be a pretty insane transformation.
 
Hey dylan that stack looks sick! But it is super expensive. Is there a lighter or cheaper stack you could recommend. Im willing to save the money up but maybe for the mean time until I get the funds . Any suggestions man.
