I've finally decided to become a member, after using this site as a reference, to gather information, for many years. I am happy to be here and excited to learn more about this art. Some quick background info, I' m 26, 5'9, 200lbs. I have been training for 12 years. I played football in high school and college, that was the primary reason I started weight training. Yet I quickly fell in love with it, and continue to train just as hard as I did in my football days. I started cycling with prohormones much younger then I should have, but I always allowed enough time in between cycles to let my body recover, or at least somewhat recover, my t is in the 700 range, off cycle. I have run 5 cycles of actual gear, so I am by no means a vet, and I am looking to learn as much as I can. My goals are constantly changing, currently I am trying to put on some muslce. It's more about the process for me then the end result, even though results are nice, I just love to train. That about does it for my intro, happy to be here.
