Hey guys,

I got my Gear from sarms1, needless to say, their customer service is top! Item arrived really fast.
Still got a quick question though.
Is LGD supposed to burn like hell under your tong
How long should i hold it under there?

You are not meant to do that. throw it to the back of your throat and swallow it. Tastes bad but works wonderfully, my fav sarm for sure!

the taste is not that bad in comparison to the burn.
I thought that the capillaries would absorb it more quickly.
