Hey guys,
Homegirl was diagnosed with (HPV) papiloma virus, and she was told by a natural cures person she knows, to consume lycopene daily to treat the virus and keep it under control. If you don't mind would you give me a quick list of fruits and vegetables with the highest content of lycopene?

#1: Guavas
Lycopene in 100g = 5204μg

#2: Watermelon
Lycopene in 100g = 4532μg

#3: Tomatoes (Cooked)
Lycopene in 100g = 3041μg

#4: Papaya
Lycopene in 100g = 1828μg

#5: Grapefruit
Lycopene in 100g = 1135μg

Remember that lycopene is fat soluble so it's best to eat these foods with a healthy fat source like coconut oil, olive oil, almonds etc.
