Mass first cycle advice

I see a lot of first cycles for lean gains but not mass gains so I was wondering what you guys recommend for first cycle to gain mass

First cycle for mass test,deca, can't beet that

Test -500mg week 12 weeks
Dbol-20mg ed for 4 weeks

And some heavy ass eating!!! Clean food but tons and tons
 
I would run a sarms stack to cut bodyfat before touching any AAS. Here is one of the many outlined by Dylan:

I agree, lose some fat first - having high BF and running AAS is unhealthy not to mention you won't get the most out of the cycle.
 
On topic. I would go with what the other vets are saying and get the body fat down and then cycle..

First off I would like to say welcome aboard. Meathead's post is pretty spot on you need to drop some body fat before starting a cycle. SARMS will help aid in that but the main, and I mean the main thing that is going to drop that fat from the gut and all over BF% is to clean up your diet (no more beer if you must though 1-2 a week! That’s right ;)) and start doing cardio today. You need to lift weights and do some intense exercise but cardio is a must to drop your BF% down to a level where you can look at your base and say "okay, I'm ready for a Test cycle." Now don't think that you are going to get up today or tomorrow and run five miles - start easy and work your way up. I suggest jogging, walking, riding a bike, swimming, jumping rope, climbing stairs, take a kick boxing class - you see where I'm going hopefully. Do this first - and with SARMS they will aid in helping you lose some fat and put on lean body muscle.
 
Question from a newbie here....I can understand if a guy is 30% bf and has a shitty ass diet.
BUT.....

IF he does bloods and most of his levels are within range why cant HE NOT CYCLE? Yes he should shed bf but if he cuts and works his fukn ass off than AAS would only give motivation to work even harder. Not everyone getting on AAS is 10% bf. Ive read MANY great stories of guys who were above on their bf and AAS changed their life around for the better.
Im not saying take 400 supplements and spend 1000 on WHAT they feel can shed weight.
Id say make sure you are all good w your bloods and go for it...again not if your WAY overweight but if your above average than go for it.
And no need to throw out fat = bp rises w AAS I know this but im talking in general.
 
The big problem is guys taking steroids to get IN shape without learning to do it naturally first. If you don't learn to eat correctly and train properly then when the cycle is over odds are you will regress a lot. It can be a vicious cycle. If you were to get fairly lean first and the. Decide to do a cycle your results would probably be much better.
