Melatonin Nasal Spray

Not really a PED but still used by many in our community. Curious if anyone has purchased the melatonin nasal spray from any of the Aussie sites like the glow tanning Co? Curious as I'm deadset not for Sun bathing as I know to many (self included) fighting sun cancers off from sun exposure. Clients who arent keen on injecting are wanting an alternative and I think nasal melatonin is a good middle ground as far as safer use is concerned and mitigating risk compared to sun exposure BUT don't want to recommend a bunk product/snake oil. Yeh there are some fake products for sure mate. I had some off my mate and i went dark as. Then he couldnt get it anymore so i ordered online and it did absolutely nothing

My gf just bought it. Didnt know it wasn't an approved thing now she's freaking out. She won't do anything that is slightly illegal or medically approved. So now I have this nasal spray shes spent $250 on going to waste so I'm thinking I might take it.

You need to have had sex to have a sex life, dont you? One of the side effects can be erections when there is a bit of wind around or anything else that may brush past your pee pee. I guess that will also depend on how dysfucntional you are.

Tastes pretty good, I started with light doses starting with only 2 sprays/day before sun exposure and now 1 in each nostril 2x a day.
Definitely starting to work, going to increase dose to 3x daily for a week.
Mild nausea and dizziness for an hour or two after spraying.

Mate. Dont increase the dose. Go for another 2 days max then start one spray a day. Shortly after you will want to do 1 spray every second day. Otherwise you will go orange rathen then getting a nice tan.

Thanks, the dosing was tough to work out. I found people saying different things and tried to aim for somewhere in between. I'll try that. I think the info from the store I got it from was saying 3x each nostril daily for a week then one or two sprays a week, or a few more days at 3x if not dark enough.

I do one spray when i wake up and one before bed. Been doing that for just over a week and im pretty brown at the moment
