If you fallow the steps some of these guys give you, you will do just fine. My first pin did hurt and hard to sleep from the pain but it does go away in 2 days and it gets easer and less pain as you go. I was shaky as hell the first time and that doesn't help, so walk a way for a few min and calm yourself. That will help a little with being shaky, very normal. Moving that pin around in your delta doest help with pain when shaking. Just be clean, clean the area where your going to set up to pin. Little things like that helped me since shit runs threw your head on the first pin.

@critter I have a few before pics I'll have to look for them, and I just completed a test cycle only started at 500mgs a week then bumped it up to 700 a week and really sailed!

Cool, Im also just doing a Test E 500 week, first cycle also. Im glade I did so I know how my body grows with just the TEST E, this way when I stack, I can better what ever I'm going to stack with. I got from anabolshop and I'm very pleased. I still have to plan my next cycle but I'm starting my 9th week.

I was planning to run a 1st cycle of Promo and Test E but after Critter's result I am considering a Test E only cycle and see how my body reacts. I did a Prohormone cycle of Methystenbolone and It was great. I am definitely getting it from Anabolshop.

Yeah, Im happy with there Test. I change up my lifting styles every two weeks and I'm not doing the same shit every time. Today was back and I'm doing slow reps with2 sec pull and 2 sec releases and it kicked my ass. The last set i drop 20lbs and do 4 to 5 reps, slow and controlled to really work the mucle I'm concentrating on. "FUCKING AWSOME" work out. I got it from Dylan and applied it today.

I was thinking of extending mine to 16 week but i decided to stay with the 12 week. I have everything plained out for the 12 week run, so I'm just going to stick to it. Im 38, so if i was younger, i would probably do the 16 weeks. I have learned to have self control...Not saying you don't because seeing gains week after week and being happy with the way you look is hard not to keep going.

That is a great idea. I will give a try today with my shoulder routine.

Yes, this style of lifting has been around for a long time, but sometimes we just fall into the same routine, and need to be reminded about other techniques.
 
Looking to run nnp/deca, with a bit if test. Problem is I loaded up with a shitload of other compounds. Haha and I flipped gears.

I was hoping for Nov, see how much more I can purchase b4 then.

This is my first cycle of Test E only for 12 weeks and have 3 weeks left. Im 6'00 but i haven't weighted myself since I started my cycle, I will when I finish. Here is my begging pic and at week 8.

thanks bro.. and ya, have had a problem battling gyno eveynow and then... it comes and goes... i got letro but hate taking that if i don't have to. If i take some tonight, i will wake up with tiny tits.. lol... but after a few days, they get puffy again... Been using research chems for AI's and not always the best stuff.. My gear i use i the stuff i brew.. So i know what i am taking and obviously the stuff is on point... maybe gonna dial down the dosage a bit.. lol
 
the good thing is they get puffy, but there is no hard lump.. they go away fast.. but really gotta dial in with some aromasin i think.. been trying another AI and i not getting results

Ha ha ya wife just bought them,and said that's all they had in med. I said great I like to hunt too lol,if I can get back down to say 185 I should be fairly shredded,right now I was flat as hell today,I have been very very low on carbs all last week,until yesterday morning,lol pancakes w/syrup and butter yum yum. thanks

Me 5 weeks in on my first 500mg/week Test Cyp cycle. Up 15lbs from the start! 213-228lbs. 24 years old. My avatar is at the beginning of the cycle :)
