Thanks fellars, I didnt seriously start lifting until about 6 months ago and all of my training was done on the road on a bike - so I still have progress to make but I am happy I have kept the lean machine going despite that I often eat like a 300lb freak.

My first pin was July 13th and the before pic was taken on July 6th. The after pics are August 8th and are not right after a workout, don't like taking a pic with a great pump since its not how I always look. Im 37 6,00 have not weighted myself yet since I started the cycle. Doing Test E 500 week, NGuard and thats it. Not taking any pre or post workout shakes/drinks...just food. Ill start taking that after my PCT. I figure thats when ill really need it to give me that edge off cycle. Also This is my first cycle in many many years. August 13th will be my fourth week in after first pin.

PS. This mirror I'm using really sucks to take pictures in but since I start with it, mine as well stick to it.

If that guy squatting is M_T he is all over you tube. Dan Green is in that picture for sure. Dan Green is one of the best, if not THE BEST Raw Powerlifter in the World. He is one of my favorites. I have lifted with a past powerlifter that is no longer with us, His name was Anthony Clark. He was best known for his reverse grip bench. I think Benni Mag will be the strongest man in the world at some point in time. He is a beast!!!

Thanks. I swear I'm starting to hallucinate and shit from the deficit, but I guess I'm getting somewhere. Just 140mg prop, 350 Tren ace and 350 mast per week with peptides one time at 11:30pm (I wake up to an alarm to shoot it) at saturation dose. Ipamorelin and mod GRF.

I am training and dieting about 13 years and I have make on off cycles from 2006 and after! I have take my category tall in Greece one time this year in NABBA and I have become 2 two times in NABBA and WABBA championships in Greece
I have post 1pic after my 1rst win in NABBA this May and the other is in my gym 1 week before!

I want more mass Mr. Surgeon. My calorie deficit ends 9/7 and from there I will be eating around 4500kcal per day, gradually increasing calories in fat and protein through the next six months or so finishing my bulk at around 5100kcal. I am not a believer in ridiculous carb bulks and almost never go above 400 even in my most aggressive bulks. I'm a cancer survivor and believe strongly that excessive carb intake fuels tumorogenesis and feeds cancer.

Thanks man I'm not loving how I look right now mostly because I lost my Adrol gains... Disappointing for sure but my muscles are feeling full today so I felt like taking a selfie lol
I wish my abs shredded up as easily as my delts do

Fucking back to 190 lol :( Adrol put on about 8lbs and then a week later lost about 3 pounds of water I assume and then about 3 weeks later it was all gone lol my damn budget killed me in the aftermath as far as buying food.

Jack, you lookin fuckin great bro! Don't sweat losing a couple pounds of water/glycogen from anadrol. You look awesome. Wait til you are 40 like me, and you'll see how much harder it is to get the skin around your abs to tighten up like you young bucks lol.

Thanks Rick, shit I can't get the abs all that right now lol I'm taking sort of a couple months off from lifting hard. I'm a little unfocused and burnt out for the moment so hopefully a small break will do me good for next cycle.
