mixing creatine with eggs?

I'm interested in mixing creatine with eggs in the morning. Would the creatine be ruined if I were to sprinkle it on top of my eggs while I cook them, or should I wait until they're done? It doesn't really bother me in terms of taste, I don't care about that. I just don't want to ruin it. Could I put it maybe in the yolk?

There's no reason to overcomplicate creatine. It's one of the cheapest supplements out there and for a good reason. It's very cheap to produce but it also does have good effects on all things from your testosterone levels to your muscles.

bros go with hcgenerate and creatine. I would not mix them in the smoothie or anything like that. I would just take them on your own mix the creatine and water. There's no need to get fancy.

i've always liked creatine and hcgenerate. i would do 5g of creatine per day. and then add 5 caps of hcgenerate
