was taking mega men multi vitamins and minerals complex from gnc for the last 3 years, walked into gnc and price up and they have some new formula with stuff like "soy" wtf! so going to switch, shopping arround looking which is my best option for on cycle vitamins?

Well you have to look at what ingredients you actually want and need.. Multivitamins are a lot different than cycle supports.. N2Guard is the best of both worlds

I'm taking 3d multivitamin from the board sponsors N2bm and I think it is working just fine for me, I get the flourecent pee like with every high quality multi vitamin lol

Yeah , that means your pissing it all out mostly . Like 75 percent or more .

I'd say if you're eating healthy and for example taking BCAA's a multi-vitamin isn't necessary. I'd get your vitamin levels tested by a doctor to see what you're actually deficient in, that way you can supplement only whats needed vs. wasting what isn't needed via a multi etc.

I use n2guard while i am on cycle, and when i am off i use Bev super pak. just like changing thinks up. can't say enough about n2guard
