I wanted to get some feed back on my cycle I put together. I am using the perfect PCT at the end. just wondering if this is overkill. I want to get things going again not looking for a bulk cycle but something mild that will get me some results. I have also attached a screen shot of my spread sheet in case the formatting is messed up.

Im curious about why you are starting anavar week 5 and not week 1. Because im doing i similer cycle but im starting my anavar at week 1

Nothing wrong with finishing off with anavar. And dont stop taking aromasin week 13/14. PCT run aromasin the entire time at a very low dose of around 6-10mg E3-4D or so. Start clomid at 100mg for the first week, then 50mg for the next 2 weeks and do Nolva at 20mg for 6 weeks. Week 15-17 could be a good time for HCG at 500IU EOD or 3x a week.

A few things. ....

First, I think the anavar at the end is ok. Personally, I like it as a middle of the road addition....like week 3 thru 9 or 2 thru 8. But its up to you and some guys swear by the kickstart because the var will get into your system much much quicker then the test. But either way, your good.

Hcgenerate- you can do a few things here. Some guys run at a low dose from day one of their cycle to help keep their natural test somewhat up. I think that's ok...but I recommend starting it during week 10 at the full dose and running it thru your entire pct. And after if the funds are there.

N2guard- 7 caps from day 1....start 2 weeks prior if you can. Get it in your system. I'm a strong supporter of liver support even off cycle. Don't wait for pct to start this.

Caradine- you should start that at the beginning of your cycle or mid way and run thru pct. Don't start with pct.

I like that you have the ostarine in your pct. Because after this you are going to be really shutdown and not only will this help keep your gains but also transition you into a strong end of pct.

I don't agree with adding hcg....not nessacary when doing the "perfect pct". Just asking for additional issues.

I like that you laid everything out and in spreadsheet and have a well thought out plan.

Make sure you have all of your supplies prior to starting. Far too often stuff is sold out and isn't avail causing panic. Have your entire cycle including supports etc on hand prior to first pin.

The guys will chime in soon I'm sure.

Overall it all looks really good. Only suggestion I have is to add in n2guard at 7capsules/day when you are using the anavar. It is essential to run a liver aid when using oral steroids and after (as in your PCT).

Besides that it all looks really well planned out.

I really like your cycle - it is pretty basic, and yet well laid out. The only thing you need to change, as already mentioned by @muskate, is add N2Guard when using Anavar, since it is liver toxic. Therefore, your liver will need the best protection possible, which can be only achieved with N2Guard. It is awesome to see people doing the perfect PCT - it will help you keep more of these gains, and you body will recover so much faster.

I'd either front load some of that test or start anavar week 1. With this cycle you won't notice shit the first 3 weeks. Front load test 1000mg first week at least. I always do that with long esters so you're not wasting your first 3 weeks. I'd kick with the Var too.
