Hello to the whole EVO family,im back again for a 16 week test p,npp and hgh mass building log and will be pushing everything as hard as possible to obtain some good mass by the end which will then transition into a cruize.So to kick it off a big shoutout to @Gold Standard Labs as always providing the quality gear and logging opportunity to grind for them results im after,current stats 41yrs old,6.4ft,103kg fairly lean and will be running a shorter ester cycle this time.

Probiotics, digestive enzymes, and psyllium husk will keep your gut moving, help you actually absorb the calories, and stop the heavy bloat that comes with mass gainers and high food intake. Add those in now so the rest of your plan runs smoother. :D

I agree bro I was so short of breath on tren without it....wasn't a good feeling when doing hit cardio that for sure.
I wouldn't add tren for now.

Rows and pulldowns looked strong, 100 on close grip for clean 10s is good pulling power and the single arm row machine work will keep thickness coming in. Curls are climbing too, 40s seated dbs for sets of 10 is solid arm strength on top of the back volume.

Meals are right where they should be, steak and rice with chicken pasta plus mass shakes will keep you full and fueled, no need to count every gram when the food quality is on point and weight is holding. :D

Strong leg session, hitting 200 kg on the front squat machine for 12s shows you’re moving solid weight while still keeping reps high. RDLs at 100 kg and the single leg curls balance it out nicely, good combo for hamstring growth.

Thank you my man it felt like a good session all round and leg pumps were insane,the weight has been dropped a little but im trying to focus on 50-70sec of clean & controlled time under tension each set for legs and around 50sec for upper body parts,
To be honest bro I haven't really been training abs mega hard for 2 months now but dont worry,plenty planks,leg lifts,cunches and whatever else I can think of will be added weekly💪

Good session. Dropping the weight and keeping 50–70 seconds under tension is perfect for growth. Add the ab work back in steady and everything will tighten up fast. :D

Got some good blood into the shoulders on this session lev and im now starting to directly train my traps which I haven't done for years ....soon they will be bigger than CEO's traps for sure😉
But yes focusing on contraction and mechanical tension now and not lifting weight thats to heavy,its a public holiday here so I rest up and hit chest/ Tri's tommorow after work....as always I appreciate your support and got nothing but luv for you,stay blessed my bro🙏❤️

Good move focusing on tension over load since that’s what actually grows the delts and traps long term. Keep direct trap work around 3 sets of 12 to 15 with full squeezes at the top and add 2.5 kg once you can hold each rep clean for a second. BIG and thick :D

Good pull session with strong control on the cable work and a smart call backing off bicep load to protect that tendon. Keep rows and pulldowns tight in form and drop curl volume to 2 sets per variation until the swelling calms. Swap one curl day for reverse grip pulldowns or machine curls to keep tension without overstraining the joint.

BCP and TB will help recovery if dosed consistently, around 250–300 mcg each daily split AM and PM. Stay steady with 30 min fasted cardio and keep carbs a bit higher on back days to support healing and strength.

I like this upper body training hitting the back and biceps. That split makes a lot of sense when you're doing a lot of pulling workouts. You're also hitting the biceps and the back at the same time regardless. @MarshMonsta

I really like test prop too, when it doesn’t hurt. But I haven’t graduated to big doses at all. Must feel awesome
Hell yeah i feel awesome on test prop but only on 600mg/wk total atm and will start to ramp up gradually as of today to 1200mg/wk by end of blast which might require ed shots as opposed to eod.
I guess if you ramp your dose up slowly over time the muscle should adapt to adsorption of bigger doses thats all iv done plus I only ever pin in my quads there's very minimal pip almost none,the quad will eat 3ml shots of prop ezy.

Hahaha wow. 3ml in the quad even. Quad pins have my leg jumping bad. Haven’t figured those out yet

Your very correct bro and to he honest after all the back work the biceps probably only need 4-6 sets and they are cooked,id say the extra sets for me are junk volume and are causing bicep strain on my right side lol time to fix this now
