A bit of background for me i have recently started my weight loss journey starting at 184kgs about 18 months ago i have just recently weighed in a 109kgs so have been going well so far I am 33yrs old 6ft2 and i would think around 18% BF maybe a touch more its hard to guess just due to excess skin however have top abs starting to poke through.
i have been running a slowly decreasing calorie deficit and am down to around 1700 calories a day give, I have just gotten into the habit of eating the same thing every day which breaks down to 190g of protein, 140g of carbs and 32g of fats, i have stalled slightly for the last 2 weeks weight wise however my clothes have been getting baggier and dropping belt holes on my pants so may be a bit of water or inflammation stopping the number dropping
I have been running 300mg test e broken up into 3 injections on a sunday wed and fri for about 16 weeks now and wanted to get some advice on my blood results as well as what i can do to keep the results going and if my estrogen is to high. i havent been have any side effects until the last two weeks I have noticed my knee joint in particular have been particular sore especially when squatting
I am also running 10mg of Reta a week - daily supps i take are Milk Thistle & a multi vitamin
I get a good 8 hours of sleep everynight
I train 5 days a week Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday Saturday Just running upper lower Upper Lower and a Shoulder Arms day - i average around 11k steps a day.
I wasnt expecting my E2 to be so high i'm wanting some advice if I need to add in an AI or maybe drop my test back abit and add a different compound in. my goal is to get down to around 105kg and keep recomping and building from there.
