I’m looking for guidance on my first cycle and want to provide as much info as possible to get accurate feedback. Below is my current log with details on my stats, training, diet, supplements, and lifestyle:
Stats
• Age: 21
• Height: 6ft
• Weight: 73 kg
• Training Experience: [ 3 years]
• Cycle History: None
Current Diet
• Meal 1 (Breakfast): Protein Cereal 2 bowls (30 G protein) + protein yogurt (17 G protein + protein shake (25 G)
• Meal 2 (Lunch): [Typically left over meet from dinner (steak, lamb, etc) depends make into sandwich (35G protein)
• Meal 3 (Snack Pre Gym): Banana, more cereal (15 G Protein), protein bar (15 G protein)
• Meal 4 (Dinner): [Depends whatever I'm given, always has a meat, always around 40G protein low calorie]
• Meal 5 (Snack): [Mammoth Protein Shake 45G Protein]
• Daily Calories: 2500 Calories - 3000
Training Split:
Been rocking this split for ages love it, allowed me to put in 6 kg of muscle in a very short span. Attached in PDF files.
Current Physique:
As aforementioned been training for a solid 2.5 years now. Gained over 20 kg. Have always suffered with anorexia. Weighed around 53 kg when I was 18. Decided to start gym and can bench 90 kg naturally now and gained 23 kg. The photo has 0 lighting 0 pump pure transparency.
Planned Cycle: Testosterone Enanthate (250 mg) and MK-677
Cycle Details
Duration:
• Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 10-12 weeks
• MK-677 (Ibutamoren): 12 weeks
Dosages:
1. Testosterone Enanthate:
• Dosage: 250 mg per week
• Frequency: One injection every week at the same time (e.g., Sunday evening) to maintain consistent hormone levels.
2. MK-677 (Ibutamoren):
• Dosage: 20-25 mg daily
• Timing: Take once daily, ideally before bed to optimize growth hormone release and minimize potential lethargy during the day.
Supporting Supplements (On-Cycle):
• Aromatase Inhibitor (AI):
• Example: Arimidex (Anastrozole): 0.5 mg every other day (only if needed to manage estrogen-related side effects).
• Liver Support:
• Milk Thistle: 500-1000 mg daily.
• NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine): 600 mg daily.
• TUDCA (optional): 250-500 mg daily.
• Adaptogens & Recovery:
• Ashwagandha: 600 mg daily (divided into 2 doses).
• Metabolic Support:
• Berberine: 500 mg 2-3 times daily, preferably before meals, to support insulin sensitivity and glucose management.
• Vitamins & Minerals:
• Zinc: 25-30 mg daily.
• Magnesium: 200-400 mg daily.
• Fish Oil: 3 capsules daily (approximately 3 g of omega-3).
However, as mentioned in previous the dosage of test will differ depending on what my blood works say. Same with the PCT, unsure what to pct so looking for advice on that front as well.
Blood Works:
Mentioned in previous threads this is a genuine bitch in NZ to get. Full body over a cycle is around 3000$.
Therefore I plan to get:
CBC, E2, Full Lipid Panel, SHBG, Testosterone total, Free Androgen For 420$
This should be adequate considering the cycle. However, since considering running MK I might get glucose and cholesterol.
Goals:
My primary goal for this cycle is to gain significant muscle mass and size to improve my performance in football. I want to increase my strength, power, and overall physical presence on the field while maintaining athleticism and mobility. The focus is on achieving lean muscle growth, enhancing recovery, and maximizing my training potential to get bigger and stronger for football.
