Hi everyone,

I’m looking for guidance on my first cycle and want to provide as much info as possible to get accurate feedback. Below is my current log with details on my stats, training, diet, supplements, and lifestyle:

Stats
• Age: 21

• Height: 6ft

• Weight: 73 kg

• Training Experience: [ 3 years]
• Cycle History: None

Current Diet


• Meal 1 (Breakfast): Protein Cereal 2 bowls (30 G protein) + protein yogurt (17 G protein + protein shake (25 G)


• Meal 2 (Lunch): [Typically left over meet from dinner (steak, lamb, etc) depends make into sandwich (35G protein)

• Meal 3 (Snack Pre Gym): Banana, more cereal (15 G Protein), protein bar (15 G protein)


• Meal 4 (Dinner): [Depends whatever I'm given, always has a meat, always around 40G protein low calorie]


• Meal 5 (Snack): [Mammoth Protein Shake 45G Protein]


• Daily Calories: 2500 Calories - 3000

Training Split:

Been rocking this split for ages love it, allowed me to put in 6 kg of muscle in a very short span. Attached in PDF files.

Current Physique:

As aforementioned been training for a solid 2.5 years now. Gained over 20 kg. Have always suffered with anorexia. Weighed around 53 kg when I was 18. Decided to start gym and can bench 90 kg naturally now and gained 23 kg. The photo has 0 lighting 0 pump pure transparency.


Planned Cycle: Testosterone Enanthate (250 mg) and MK-677





Cycle Details
Duration:
• Testosterone Enanthate (Test E): 10-12 weeks

• MK-677 (Ibutamoren): 12 weeks
Dosages:
1. Testosterone Enanthate:

• Dosage: 250 mg per week

• Frequency: One injection every week at the same time (e.g., Sunday evening) to maintain consistent hormone levels.
2. MK-677 (Ibutamoren):

• Dosage: 20-25 mg daily
• Timing: Take once daily, ideally before bed to optimize growth hormone release and minimize potential lethargy during the day.

Supporting Supplements (On-Cycle):

• Aromatase Inhibitor (AI):

• Example: Arimidex (Anastrozole): 0.5 mg every other day (only if needed to manage estrogen-related side effects).

• Liver Support:

• Milk Thistle: 500-1000 mg daily.

• NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine): 600 mg daily.

• TUDCA (optional): 250-500 mg daily.

• Adaptogens & Recovery:

• Ashwagandha: 600 mg daily (divided into 2 doses).

• Metabolic Support:

• Berberine: 500 mg 2-3 times daily, preferably before meals, to support insulin sensitivity and glucose management.

• Vitamins & Minerals:

• Zinc: 25-30 mg daily.

• Magnesium: 200-400 mg daily.

• Fish Oil: 3 capsules daily (approximately 3 g of omega-3).

However, as mentioned in previous the dosage of test will differ depending on what my blood works say. Same with the PCT, unsure what to pct so looking for advice on that front as well.

Blood Works:

Mentioned in previous threads this is a genuine bitch in NZ to get. Full body over a cycle is around 3000$.

Therefore I plan to get:

CBC, E2, Full Lipid Panel, SHBG, Testosterone total, Free Androgen For 420$

This should be adequate considering the cycle. However, since considering running MK I might get glucose and cholesterol.

Goals:

My primary goal for this cycle is to gain significant muscle mass and size to improve my performance in football. I want to increase my strength, power, and overall physical presence on the field while maintaining athleticism and mobility. The focus is on achieving lean muscle growth, enhancing recovery, and maximizing my training potential to get bigger and stronger for football.

Appreciate any help given.

Nice start brother! Look prepare yourself for a lot of comments about staying natty at your age but I feel you’re aware of that anyway and have already made your decision. Only two things I’ll give my 2c on is spilt your dose into 2 injections per week regardless of what dose you end up going with, half life of Enanthate is 4-5 days, this is a more stable approach with the peaks and troughs. Also swap arimidex for aromasin. Adex has a negative impact on cholesterol and your liver. Though all ai’s have negative influence to somewhat regardless.

Comments may come across hypocritical but most don’t come with bad intent. The waiting time isn’t so much aimed at how long you have been training but the time it takes for a young males body to develop and mature. Good luck with your journey and cycle brother. Give the log some time to gain traction, plenty of assistance and support coming your way legend. 💪

@SwampBoy2002 you should post now before you start your cycle, you should be training daily like on cycle and eating like on cycle now before you even start, thats the key to pre cycle log, because there is a lot of nutrition issues we need to fix here.

I am I train everyday pre much. It's just hard posting lol I'll probs start tmrw. Test arrived today pins tmrw will get bloods posted as soon as I get them done.

If you train every day post it please.

Nutrition will be key, posting what you eat and when and timing and foods is important, you should NOT pin any steroids until we dial in your food intake, thats the point of a 'pre cycle' log. @SwampBoy2002
 
When you said you were 23, I thought you were too young for this. Now you say you’re 21, you’re definitely too young.

To reiterate. Don’t do steroids, kids.

Now that’s out of the way, let’s take a serious look.

I’m trained to recognize client needs and address them directly. From what I can tell from your log, your needs are specifically “increase my strength, power, and overall physical presence on the field while maintaining athleticism and mobility.”. i.e., you want to get better at football.

I’m going to assume you are talking about full contact Rugby. I’ll focus this advice only on addressing this requirement in it's simplest form. Getting better at Rugby.

For the Americans in this forum, I have included a helpful graphic below, so you understand the difference.

I won’t go into diet as my training only covers following national guidelines and I’m sure someone else in this forum will do a better job.

However, here is the Csiro healthy eating diet test which can assess the quality of your diet. It’s quite good and is used by professionals in my field.

Looking at your training program raises some red flags. There is nothing wrong with it, if you are just looking to put on mass, but I don’t see this program improving your athletic performance. In fact, you may make your performance worse.

Muscle fibres are far more complicated than just slow\fast twitch, with known fast twitch types now I/IIa, IIa/IIx, I/IIa/IIx, with all kinds of hybrid fibre types as well. In short, the muscle you are building may be of little use to you on the field and just act to weigh you down.

You need a few appointments with a Strength & Conditioning coach, or at least a sports PT that works with Rugby players. They can run a full assessment of your abilities, compare it to norms, and determine what areas need improvement. Something minor, like below average rectus femoris flexibility, can greatly affect your running top speed.

Strength & Conditioning programs for sports can be quite complex with rep ranges and exercises changing pretty dramatically between off-season, pre-season and in-season with macrocycles, mesocycles and microcycles, blah blah blah, get an S&C coach.


Now, the drugs.

I suspect that you might misunderstand what steroids will do for your performance, so let me tell you a story.

I recently took part in some group fitness testing for students studying sports fitness. The group comprised of volunteers made up of a variety of different people, but most were amateur athletes, and most were in their early 20’s, all natty as fuck, and then there was me, a 47-year-old steroid user just cruising along on 500mg of Test E.

So, after weighing, measuring, prodding and poking us they put us through a battery of fitness tests meant to determine our fitness baseline. On the strength and power tests my only real competition was a military guy who weighed 15kg more than me. I easily beat him on the strength (grip test) and produced 150 more watts than him on the power test.

I produced more force on the stationary vertical leap than the basketball player (calculated as 67cm of height change). I never jump in any of my training.

I came second on the 2km row endurance test despite never doing it before (it’s hell, try it). First place was an amateur rower, although I’m sure I could beat him with a bit of practice.

The real shocker was the cone placement shuttle run. You had to run between lines picking up small cones and placing them exactly on the line on the other side. It required intense explosive power and precision from the legs to start\stop. It was done on synthetic grass with high traction.

The 2nd best time was 10.68 seconds by the rower (he had big legs and loads of leg strength). Other times were neatly stacked behind, with the majority in the 11sec range.

Me? I did 7.52 seconds, and in every other test I had no competition.

There’s a reason why athletes do steroids despite the risk of being banned, and it’s not to get bigger. It just makes you better.

So, what should you take?

I previously recommended sarms but throw that advice right out the window. It’s far too cardiotoxic for Rugby and get rid of anything else in your supplement list that has cardiotoxic effects. This will be detrimental to your on-field performance.

You will want something for improved recovery and protein synthesis. That will be 500mg Test Enanthate per week, injecting 3x weekly (intramuscular, 1 inch). I recommend you don’t use an AI (getting to that), to avoid additional chemical load.

Next you want to bump up your proprioception. Don’t know what that is? It’s your sixth sense. Close your eyes and touch your finger to your nose. Magic!! How did your body do that? Proprioception. You use it to walk without looking at your feet and catch a football, while running, with only a brief glance at the ball.

It's why tennis players are tested for steroids. It plays a huge part in sport and we want to supercharge that ability…. With Masteron.

Masteron will accomplish a few things for you. It will get rid of any excess water weight you have, or could gain from the Test, it will control the Estrogen side effects, it will act as a muscle builder and recovery aid on top of the Test, and it’s known to cause an uptick in muscle signalling that leads to better sporting outcomes. 200-300mg per week with your Test, adjusting with your requirements to control Estrogen. If it fucks with your hair line, then reduce Test\Mast dosing until you find a happy compromise.

For cardio, I recommend Cardarine as a pre-workout before games. 50mg an hour before a game and you’ll feel like you’ve grown an extra pair of lungs.

Drop the MK677. It will make your performance worse (lethargy), and it needs to be run for months to get any real benefit. Your proposed 10 weeks will do nothing but give you lovely glowing skin.

That should be all you need and with the right training program it will give you a serious boost to your performance.

The bad news? You can’t be cycling on\off mid season. You need to be starting chems at some point in the off-season and finishing, or starting your cruise, after the last game of your in-season.

Avoid sports drug tests or learn how to do an oil change, and good luck.

TL;DR

Don't do drugs.
 
Hey guys, sorry my logs been dry asf, will look to start consistently posting on it in the next coming days. I think I've made the decision to delay my cycle for the foreseeable future. I just being young, don't want to fuck my self up that I'm in fertile etc. Health is wealth and I don't want to risk anything at such a young age which more likely than not regret when I'm older. However, I do plan to start a mini cycle probably just MK677 to help me get the food down. At such a young age, sky is the limit, looking forward to moving forward with the EVO fam in the next upcoming days. However, if anyone has advice in regards to the MK677 would appreciate it, but for now, no steroids.

You should start with updating the log training diet sleep and more and the EVO family will guide you into real results without any gear @SwampBoy2002
