The n2joint tabs are a bit big for me and I want to know if it's ok to break them into 2? I broke one today and some white powder inside was thinking maybe a bad idea to break because there would be a digestion issue?

There is no problem in breaking them in two pieces, not at all. However, you can try swallogin them with a good amoung of water, as it will expand your esofagus (food tract), making it easier to swallow these pills.

The white powder was most likely the calcium carbonate the product contains. Breaking the tablets up is no problem. You can do the old trick my mother did for me when I was a kid. Break the tablets into a powder and then mix the powder with apple sauce and eat it with a spoon!
