Hey I am stuck and was told to post this since I am a new member.

Height: 6'5
Weight: 230lbs
BF %: ~12-13%
I am a very, very clean eater and I am usually around 8-10% BF and around 220-225 lbs. I workout everyday, but I don't lift weights everyday. On my off lifting days I usually do a HIIT session and abs. I am a clean eater and do not eat preserved food except for your occasional protein bar due to the fact that I teach and coach. I was diagnosed with Low Test when I was 26 and I have been on a lot of things from the doctor over the years with trying to jump start my production. I have been on clomid, HCG, Androgel, etc. Just in the past 3 years I am not on a permanent 1 mL of test cypionate every other week. I was told by the doctor that I am going to have to take injections pretty much for the rest of my life because they were unable to get it kick started with the clomid and HCG. At age 26 my test was around 30 yes that is not a mistype of 300 but 30. I have recently gotten bloodwork done on the 21st and my test is at 115. It really fluctuates but the doc doesn't know why. I have never been on a "steriod cycle" before even though the doc always asks. The reason why is because I look in pretty good shape, this is really due to my good eating habits.
I follow the IIFYM.com calculator but really don't know if those calories are accurate to get shredded, like I want. Right now I am on 300c/80f/275p. Like i mentioned before I am a very clean eater (oats, brown rice, sweet potato, chicken, fish, broccoli, rice cakes, quest bars)
I have been doing a typical push/pull/leg routine, but on each day I have one focused lift then I add typical auxiliary lifts with each day to finish workout. On each day I also work myself up to a set of 2-3 then work my way back down like a pyramid.
Push: Bench or OHP
Pull: Deads or Rack pulls
Legs: Squats
On the off days I do HIIT: Sprints, Cycles or battle ropes. I typically do a 20 secs all out then about a 1 min rest. Your typical 1:4 work to rest ratio for HIIT.
I guess its all on my diet but I really do not know what to do because like i said before i eat pretty clean. I also do eat out once a week with my wife for a cheat meal
I really do not want to add like 20-30lb of muscle or anything like that so I figured that a couple of cycles of Anavar would do me good with the TRT. Thoughts?? Just don't know where to get some "good" gear
