When you do fasted cardio how much time has passed since you woke up? Do you get any hypo symptoms at all?
I can't do fasted cardio I will get violently sick with hypo symptoms. BS level issues.
Do you have any suggestions on how I could approach fasted cardio?

thats the only drawl back about new gyms, finding how you respond and sit with certain equipment.. Thats when I go super early on a few sessions and tinker around getting a feel if I like this or that and adjust the weight and see how it feels..Got Upper Loading in today. Still feeling out new gym so didn’t track anything. I will track my next lower loading session tomorrow though. Strength has gone down in legs but upper body still feels pretty good. All the cardio I’m sure has taxed the legs.

Weekly pic updates. Weight went slightly up but definitely leaning out still. We changed from Clen to ECA stack to give Clen a rest. Probably why weight fluctuated a little. I have 5 more days on ECA then back to Clen.
