Occlusion Training?

Hi

Been taking GW & Mk for 6 weeks, started Gearheads modified triple stack for 4 weeks now. And i gotta tell you, I have never felt better!!!
getting some strength gains while losing fat, and keeping muscle. Cardio thru the roof. What a perfect bridge. Plan on going for 12 weeks! then PCT, 2 weeks off.
get bloods done & if good, plan on a nice lean bulk cycle in the fall/winter. Thanks for the good info everyone!

I've been reading about occlusion training. Wondering if anyone has tried it? For how long? Times per week? Out come?

What exercises did you do for arms, forearms, & calfs? Thought the tourniquet cuffs would work best.
Where did you wrap the cuffs on the forearms. I understand where to put the cuffs on arms & calfs
Where did you find the tourniquet cuffs? Thanks in advance!!!

brother great to hear you are having awesome results...sarms triple stack doesnt fail ;)....

occlusion training ...tried it...sucks...i hate restricting blood flow...

I tried it just briefly, so can't say if it works. One thing for sure, I really do not know where to fit it into my training, not much room time-wise. On the other hand, I have heard about occlusion training in early 80's when I was still in my teens. I figure if there was something to it we would be all doing it by now.

OK, I think I pretty much cover it in this Article I wrote almost 1 1/2 years ago.
I was doing it with Wraps at that time.
They sell a strap for it now............................................ JP
P.S.
This is my Article.

Here's the Strap.

Although, I've used a Canvas Belt with a D-Ring and it works perfectly.

I am glad to see yet another happy SARMs user - thanks for sharing your experience! Regarding the occlusive training - tried it once, but did not like it. I'm more into the classic stuff.

I'm in board with this is.. Never really used that program.. But I'm sure that sarms1 triple helping wonders!

To get specifically to your occlusion question, I use it here and then. I seen some added vascular it from it. Just don't make habbit of doing this. You don't want to overly ristrict your blood flow.

Awesome. Happy to hear about your positive results from the SARMS.

Re occlusion training. I am a big fan of occlusion training. I have been meaning to write an article on the topic but I only have so much time in a day and have been pre-occupied with other projects. The science behind it is sound. Essentially, capillaries deliver blood to muscles and veins take blood away from muscles. By wrapping the limb before training, you restrict the blood flow from leaving the muscle but the capillary beds are still able to deliver blood to the muscle. It will give you one of the greatest pumps you have ever felt.

It works best on limbs, such as arms, legs, and calves. You want to wrap at the top of limb, around the bicep-shoulder insertion point if you are going to use occlusion training for biceps as an example.

I just use regular old knee wraps.

Give this article a read. It goes into depth about how to wrap, where to wrap etc. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ask-the-muscle-prof-occlusion-training.html

Last thing I'll add is occlusion training works best with high rep training. 10-30 reps per set.
