PCT Advice?

I have been doing 25mg ED Nolva for the past 10 days (someone from here said Nolva is fine by itself) but others convinced me to do clomid as well at 25mg a day.

Here's the thing I didn't get my clomid until day 10 after my LGD 5mg a day 20mg ostarine cycle ended. So I did 10 days worth of nolva at 25mg and only just 4 days worth of clomid so far. Should I continue clomid at 25mg for the next 2 weeks or just do 12.5 mg on day 14 of my nolva and finish my 4 weeks together?

For the next 2 weeks, lower your nolvadex and clomid dosages to 10mg and 12.5mg, respectively. LGD and ostarine are both very minimally suppressive of HPTA and natural testosterone production.

What I would do, however, is get a good natural testosterone booster (such as HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com) and run a bottle when you are done with the clomid and nolvadex.

Sounds very reasonable. While nolvadex is enough for recovery from SARMS, it is best to also use clomid to make sure that there are not even minor issues.

they drop IGF-1 25%, that will not be good at all for you
