pharmacomshop.com questionable service or is it me?

So I used pharmacomshop.com And I'm wondering what you guys think about my experience that I had with them. Do you think I had a questionable experience or do you think I'm just being cranky?
I placed my order back in January. It was early January after New Year's. I was not in a rush so after I placed my order I didn't even pay it any mind. I kept checking my mail though, a week later, two weeks later, and still nothing.
I reached out to them to find out what was going on. They emailed me back that they never got my payment so I went back and checked my records and I did in fact send them the funds via bitcoin. I sent them the confirmation and it said that it got to them. The guy then said he would get back to me and he never did. A week later I reached out to them again and again he said that he never got anything and that I was trying to scam them. Once again I sent them the proof and they keep claiming that I never sent them anything now. They're just ignoring my emails.
Not sure what's going on but I think I got scammed.
