Hello,

I am excited to be starting my first cycle. Currently I am 18 6”2 170lbs. I have been weightlifting for 2 years and I run an upper lower split with 2x frequency a week. My intention with this cycle is to try and maximize my height and frame while growth plates are still open.
Diet wise I make sure to get 100g carbs as a pre workout. I aim for 150+ grams of protein daily. I usually eat very clean. No processed foods at all. Other than those principles I eat very varied.
So for my first cycle I am going to be taking 5ius of hgh daily (in the future I may try and increase the dose depending on income). Secondly I will be taking 50mg testosterone propionate 4x a week (200mg weekly). Lastly I will be taking 1mg of mt2 weekly js to see if I can increase muscle contrast slightly.
Anyways that’s the plan. Please let me know if you have any advice. 🙏

You have the logic backwards here, if you run a cycle at 18 you are much more likely to close your growth plates early and stop getting taller, not grow more. When you slam outside hormones while your own endocrine system is still developing, your body reads that as a signal that puberty is basically done and the long bones can fuse.

At 6 ft 2 and 170 lbs with only 2 years in the gym you still have a huge amount of natural progress left just by eating more, sleeping hard, and training with a smart progressive plan.
If you start cycling now you are not only risking cutting off any remaining height, you are also risking long term issues like low natural test, fertility problems, and needing TRT permanently in your 20s.
Give yourself at least a few more years of natural training and growth, push your food up, log your lifts, and if you really care about height and frame the best thing you can do is stay off gear until your growth plates are fully closed and your hormones have settled.

  • Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
  • Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
  • cardio how much do you do? when etc
  • If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.
