Hey guys, this is my very first log as i’m very new to this forum. Please say if I need to add more or if I’m adding in useless stuff.
I’ve been training naturally for 3-4 years now, kinda science based lifting- i know a lot of people don’t like all that shit but it’s just what I find works for me and i’m not here to try change anyone’s opinion.

Currently running Anterior/Posterior split
Goals- currently cutting down to get pretty lean hopefully around 10-12%bf and then hopefully hop on cycle in around a month ish. (will most likely buy from austarlabs as i’m from Nz) bulk during cycle and try gain as much muscle as i can.
-I finally have a date for a heart scan to see if I have a genetic condition(hopefully not) so this will determine how early I hop on.
diet-
2200 cals pretty low as i’m nearing the end of my cut
150g protein
350g carbs
5g creatine daily
current physique

Thinking of running 350mg test e per week for roughly 16-20 weeks, but still unsure about whether I want to pct off after or just cruise at a low dosage. Definitely would want kids in the future about 8 years from now so definitely a bit stuck with that.
went to the doctors a couple months ago and this is the only bloodwork they would give me, said something about it being too expensive to do test and e2 levels without a valid reason so i’ll have to go to a different clinic and pay for it soon (sorry don’t know if these bloods will say much)
Currently getting 8hrs sleep min each night and doing 30mins incline walking each day while being a pretty active guy
