pre workout powder

are preworkout powders better than preworkout pills/caps? i know cellucor and bsn nitrix

Essentially its the same thing, as pills/caps are just suppressed powder. So it depends on the convenience of the user. I would prefer to have a shake, whereas others would rather chug down a few pills.

To understand which preworkout is better, you need to read labels

There is really no difference between them, and all that matters are the raw materials used to produce them. Then, in the end of the day, the only difference is that some powder is pressed into tabs, and other powder is not. Personally, the only difference I see is convenience - it is much more confortable to take a pill or two before working out, rather than mixing the powder in water. Personally, I use DSpark, as it comes in pills, and it has no stims in it. Yet it gives me very good energy levels during training without th side effects associated to stim based preworkout supplements.

It's two forms to get the same thing. I actually like a pill form of a pre workout better then a powder because the pills won't contain any of the artificial flavours and sweeteners a powder will.

I use the pre-workout Dspark from n2bm.com. If you search the board here, you will see a lot of positive reviews on the product. If you are looking for a pill base pre-workout, you should defiantly give it a try.

In the end it really comes down to ingredient profile. Make sure to read so you know exactly what you are taking. Do not use anything with a proprietary blend. That is the way companies hide the amount of actual active ingredient is in there.
