Does the minimum thread count of ten mean you have to START 10 threads or just reply to topics or post new combo equal to 10?

You have a 16 post count. Get to 100 posts on threads, don't spam the forums to get it. Then after 100 post count you can PM people.

This rule is in place to protect the members. If you are active, 100 posts is very easy to get to.

Agreed.. I'd almost even make it something like 150. Because that requires effort, which a lot can't be bothered doing. Also could help identify spam posters looking for that 150 post count!
But that's just me. Lol
