Sorry to hear. This is why i always get out what i need from one and put it away and then get out the next.. Ita easy to mix them up if you have everything out at the same time and dont put them away after each one is used.
We did a couple years ago...not sure why we stopped doing that....however when I order orals they either come in their labeled packets or if they ship them separately from the packets they at least label the baggies that they come in or toss in a little strip of paper indicating what the tablets are. If you removed the label or took the tabs out of the baggies then I can see how this would happen. Unfortunate but not the end of the world if you get an at home test kit. Hell I've even seen them on Amazon. Quick way to figure out what is what so you don't have to play the guessing game or throw them out god forbid.
