Not lie I was up to 261 now I'm down I have very harsh labor job I do pimp them best gear I have ever had and I'm a rep so at 254 11% bf I'm happy other gear if I skipped on diet I would be down 30 lbs no offence taken at all brother this is what I weighed today so I put up my true weight and at 11% bf I am super happy

on top of my game i was sick for about a week last mth pushed to hard lost 12 lbs trying to make up ground now im back to 264 gotta hit 280

Proviron 100 mg ed great stuff muscle hardness sex drive on rampage Bp stays at 120/70 can't tell the diff between it and the Bayer brand
droped the drol for now but I have to say best drol I have used in a while

Its amazing to me, how much some dudes can eat! Thats almost 5000 cals daily. Hell even when I bulk, I have found, if eat more then 3000 cals a day, I get real fat. I can not get away with eating like that. I wish I could! More power to you man!

I have the same problem. The amount of food MM is consuming is nuts. I realize to add muscle you have to have the increased intake. I just blow up, apparently I may need to modify my workout routine. Does seem from the logs he's eatin pretty clean.

up too 271 lbs and cleaning up diet to get ready for my cuttting sorry have not updated in a week been working two jobs. but i lean abs are showing well stronger than ever and upped my proviron to 150 mg ed i have found my sweet spot getting very hard muscle and my sence of well being is better than it has been in a while. feeling good motivated and happy this psl gear is some of the best i have ever used
