PSL test e replacement

I just wanted to let everyone know that I received my replacement vial of test e today from PSL. They shipped it on Friday and I received it today, so they must have put a **** on it. The vial looks good, no sludge in the bottom. They also sent me a small goodie bag of winny.

That might be the fastest replacement that I've ever seen. Glad that you got taken care of b/c in a way, everyone else on Evo got taken care of too when PSL made this right for you.

Good to hear. I read your thread about the sludge vial. Been doing my homework on sources because I'm gonna be placing an order with someone soon. What is your overall opinion?

My overall opinion is that the great is legit and I was very happy with their very fast replacement. However, I was not happy with their initial response to the problem. With so many sources available, I probably won't order from them again.

Yes, I was shocked at how fast I received it. I'm not sure what you mean when you say everyone else on evo got taken care of too.

People make mistakes? It's a game we play no? The brown sludge wasn't going to kill you and i dont agree with their response however PSL has top quality customer service and made it right.
 
Glad to see that you got a Replacement.
That 1st Vial should have Never Been Shipped.
So Poo-Poo on PSL for that Snafu, and I've done a lot of Business in the Past with them............................... JP

No, I don't look at my health as being a game that I'm playing. You have no idea what that brown sludge was going to do to me. I don't appreciate your nasty response. If you want to inject contaminated gear and play games with your health than knock yourself out. I choose not to as do 99.9% of the people on this forum.

Don't get righteous brother . it's a game we all play unless your running pharama brand. I've had bad Pfizer test before am I never going to use them again for my trt ? Boo sad face. Calm your tits

I don't consider buying gear from reputable sources with tons of reviews and logs from others a game. When you're as big of an ugl as psl you expect them to not send contaminated gear. It's not about being righteous, it's about expecting what you're paying for. It's one thing to have a mistake but then to turn around and tell someone that it's perfectly acceptable to inject it into themselves is wrong and you are the only one disagreeing. I said I'm choosing not to use them again because since the time I have purchased from them I have found plenty of reputable sources and I don't need to play the "game" like I said, if that's what you want to do then knock yourself out.

Moving forward you have their contact information. I agree with Gainz though - the point is to minimize the "game" as much as possible. Sure, anyone could have a mistake and it sounds like the customer service is unreal. Me, personally for what it's worth I can't get over that someone told him to inject it. What if he did and something terrible happened? It's not a game, this has serious consequences. I have no stake in any of this nor have I purchased from anyone here but as others say there are other sources too. I am sure many people will continue their use of PSL and guess what - good for them! Find what works for you & what makes you comfortable, just sick of seeing people bashing both sides.

to be fair to the source you never tested it to show it was contaminated. from pics it could have been out of suspension, who knows what it was. you cant really tell.But they took care of it and im glad you happy.Thats whats important.

It's true, it was not tested. However, my belief is if you have to question it, it's contaminated. I'm happy with how quickly they reacted and I'm not trying to tell anyone else what to do. I was asked for my overall opinion and my overall opinion is that they're way too many other good sources for me to purchase from them again.

Yeah, even the main PSL rep here was unhappy with the initial response, so you know there will changes to how they respond to people. Nice that they tossed in a freebie for your troubles, you do deserve it.
