S4 timing

What time do people generally suggest taking the first dose of S4?
Before the gym, after?
With meals? With out?

Presently the method has been a dose 4-6 hours before gym, then 30 minutes before work out.
Training in the early evening when the lab rat feels strongest.
Does S4 do anything for cardio?
The next level of training requires two work outs per day.
A morning cardio and evening strength training.
The first month on cardio was dropped to only ten minutes pre-work out.
Switching over from endurance training to high volume weight training.

bro with andarine s4 i always suggest 12 hour split dose am/pm to control sides...or if you get little sides do am and pre workout...
 
I usually split the dosage as evenly as possible in order to avoid side effects. However, if you do not experience any of these, you can take it in the morning and before working out.

Regarding the benefits, I would not expect too much of endurance from S4, as it mainly burns fat and gives a good strength boost. If you want an enhanced cardio, endurance and recovery, it would be very beneficial to add to the stack Cardarine GW-501516. I would even dare to say that it boosts the cardio and endurance even better than EQ does.

In your situation I would take 25mg before your first training session and 25mg before your second training session. In other words, 1/2 your dosage in the AM and 1/2 your dosage in the PM.

The best supplements you take for endurance are cardarine GW and creatine.

I would recommend taking 20mg//day cardarine and 10g/day creatine.
Supplement with 10mg cardarine + 5g creatine with each of your AM and PM dosages of S4.
 
S4 to me is more of a strength sarms.. if you want increase in cardio stack GW with it

on workout days I like to take them 1-2 hours before my workout to give a little psychological and physical boost. non workout days I just take them in the morning with juice

Seems like the general practice is to split total dose over am and pm
 
I usually split about 8 hours apart. Or AM PM to keep it simple

I upped the dosage to .75 still no sides and no difference.
.25 am
.50 pm
When this bottle is done, i am saving my pennies for good food and some rubber bumper plates for my home gym...lol

For me S4 has been either very mild or just not working for my lab animals.
GW501516 was a fail as well for my experiments.
Now some swear by it and I respect that.
But in our trials we havent seen the results that a lot of people report.
Still running it till the end of the bottle and will see if it doesnt turn around for me.
Until then, the jury is out on whether or not we wil be testing anymore RC.
