Finally after teasing me on one of dressers for weeks - I'm starting my sarms cycle

I'm taking:
Weeks--dose--sarm/supplement

1-16 -- 25mg/day -- mk677 (night)

1-2 -- 12.5mg/dose (x2) split -- s4 (25mg/day) (morning)

3-12 -- 25mg/dose (x2) split -- s4 (50mg/day) (morning)

1-16 -- 20mg/day -- GW501516 (30 mins pre work out, morning on off day)

1-12 -- 10mg/day -- lgd4033 (morning)

5-12 -- 5 caps/day -- HCGenerate

12-16 -- 3caps/day -- N2Guard

13-16 -- 5 caps/day -- HCGenerate ES

10-12 -- 20mg/day -- tamoxifen (nolva)

13-16 -- 10 mg/day -- tamoxifen (nolva)

13-16 -- 25mg/day -- osta/mk2866

12-16 -- 5 grams/day -- DAA (dpol)

LGI Amped PWO (switching to pre-jym once it finishes), opti-men multivitamins, kre-alkalyn creatine (switching to ON's mono hydrate after I finish the bottle), xtend BCAA's double dose (intra), ON pro complex post wo, ON casein 30 mins before bed. I may add ARA at whatever point I stop getting doms.
 
Starting stats :: 6'2" (186cm), 174 lbs, 7% bf

Pre- surgery (a year of "don't lift anything") stats 197 lbs 4% bf - 'natural test boosters' only used

Goals: 20 lbs muscle and keeping under 6% bf
 
Nice - looks like a solid stack. You should get some great results from muscle memory alone. The stack should accelerate the process. Will be following. Work hard bro!
 
This is one good cycle you have planned there. I am sure it will help you achieve your goals. Keep us posted, and don't forget about the diet and proper training.
 
Nothing much to report on. Nothing has really (or will for another week) kicked in besides the MK677 - but had a long as week in the lab, so I only got to the gym 4 times. Diet stayed up though, weight is 2 lbs heavier (water most likely - fluxes between that).

Kept up with dosing, they still taste like crap - but there's a long haul ahead, and thankfully after tomorrow I'll be able to hit the gym up more.

Workouts were 2 push 1 pull 1 leg. Doing pyramids starting at 12rms (ending with a drop set on push & pull each day).

Some swelling in right bottom forearm - but that's most likely a result of about 10 old college friends coming to town. Rough weekend.
 
Two weeks in the bag, and started the 50mgs a day of s4 (still split).

Have definitely noticed endurace (lifting wise) go crazy. Like today I ended this afternoon's workout with a drop set on closed grip rows that would have normally killed it - (my grip went out before arms/back) but I'm feeling great and even did some additional curls and pull ups after getting home.

Strength is up as well - nothing drastic, but I'm pushing more weight and even able to knock out some extra reps every set.

Weight is up 4lbs from start date, so it's more than water as I'm hard/not puffy. Skin looks tighter with better definition as well.

Almost getting used to the taste - but definitely not craving the taste yet... Lol

2 down, 10+4pct to go!

What??? I love the taste of LGD first thing in the morning! Rot gut! OP, thanks for the update........I love this stack, I'll try it next.......SARMS quadruple stack while on TRT and no other AAS compounds and see how it goes!
 
Well another week (3 now) in the bag - the first week of the S4 at 50mg - no vision sides, so I'll bump it up to 60 or 70 a day if this holds true.

Strength is waaaay up - especially legs (killed it today repping 50lbs more on leg press than my last work out with ease. Leg curls, calf raises, and leg extension all significantly higher as well. Long story short - all my lifts are increasing pretty dramatically.

Definition is better too, with weight up 6.5 lbs from start date. Arms/chest are bigger, legs much bigger with veins popping out of my calves again.

I'll actually be starting the hcgenerate early (tomorrow) as the extra 2 days from the 3 bottles - so everything ends on time/together/not having a few leftover pills. So looking forward to seeing the results on that.

I am on the pre-jym pwo and the ON creatine (loading this week) now as well.

So everything is looking pretty great starting week 4 - can't wait to see how much better it's gonna get. If things keep going this good these will be some pretty amazing results. I'll keep the updates coming.
 
Oh and if anyone has a good dosing time/protocol for the hcgen I'd appreciate suggestions. Currently planning on just taking all 5 at lunch with my multivitamin/food.
 
I like to take my HCGenerate before my workouts. 3 caps before and the other two at night.

I really like this stack. I plan on running this next summer. Good luck bro.
 
Thanks - I actually started 3 at breakfast because (for once) I beat traffic and had enough time to eat, and the other 2 at lunch. I didn't have time for the gym so I knocked out some 'perfect pushups' (the rotating grip ones) and some curls and pull ups (few sets on each) to keep me in the 'jyst'.

I definitely recommend it thus far - crazy endurance & gains (albeit I've never taken a gear cycle) especially compared to 'natural test boosters' like daa/trib/etc. I may try splitting the GW on off days though (and will boost the s4 dosage this weekend if the vision sides stay away).

When you take it doesn't matter that much but splitting up your dosages will lead to most optimal absorption. I take 3 capsules post workout and 3 capsules before bed.

It's best to take the formula around a meal because some of the compounds in the formula are fat soluble.

Both S4 and cardarine GW have relatively short haft lives so your daily dosage would ideally be split up into an AM and PM dosage.

The easiest way would be to take 1/2 your daily dosage with breakfast and the other 1/2 before bed or pre-workout.

that stack sounds killer dude. idk if this is against the rules, or rude, but can you give a ballpark estimate of the cost for such a stack? if not, that's totally understandable.

All said & done about $1000 - well worth it thus far - and just started the hcgen yesterday (and am splitting 3morn 2pre workout or afternoon/evening, so it has potential to be even better.

It is best to take the recommended dosage of 5 caps per day, split into two parts. As for the cycle, thanks for sharing - I am really glad to see that you are experiencing some noticeable differences. Keep hitting it hard.
 
Well 4 weeks in the bag. Still hitting it hard and pushing more weight on nearly all my lifts consistently. Abs are noticeably 'popping' better, arms/chest/legs noticeably bigger and more vascular as well.

Upped the s4 to 60mgs/day split yesterday. hcgen is up and going split into 2 doses (am/afternoon or pre work out).

Weight is 7.5 lbs heavier than first week (about 1 lb this week) - but am definitely more cut/bigger - but haven't done a bf% check yet. Diet slacked a bit this week, so that could be a reason for the 'drop' in gains - but still good gains.

Starting week 5 - looking forward to keep making more gains in the last 8
