Hi guys,I've just purchased the Sarms1 cutting stack. Anyone used this or can give me advise with dosage protocol. Also, will PCT be required?? I understand about PCT with steroids but not sure on Sarms. Any advise for a newbie looking to change his body greatly appreciated.
SARMS are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so all that is needed as a mini PCT after a cycle of SARMS is a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com.
The sarms1.com cutting stack contains 1 s4 and 1 cardarine. Ideally you would order 2 stacks so you can run the cycle for 8 weeks.
Weeks 1 - 8
cardarine 20mg (1mL) /day
S4 50mg (1mL)/day
Weeks 9 - 12
HCGenerate ES 5 capsules/day
On week 13 you are safe to start your next cycle of SARMS.

i hav also been lookin into cardarine and am confused on the daily dosage of "10-20 mg per day is a sufficient dose, with 20 mg being the norm"

No, you want to go 8-12 weeks for a good run. With the S4 make sure you split your dose too. 25mg AM and 25mg around 6 hours later due to the shorter half life.
