shoulder pain

i ve pain in my left shoulder,it always hurt me on chest day specially benching n dumbell presses,do i need rest?i take medicines n it heels but whenever i go for intense training it comes back.

It's definitely not healing all the way. A lot of people have this same issue with shoulders when doing chest training. I would stick to dummbells and just be careful to not go heavy. You could also try some n2jointrx and ostarine to help the healing process. I know you are on cycle now too which makes you want to lift very heavy. Just try to be smart and pick a weight you can really control well.

It sounds to me like you are using incorrect form and too much weight. Next workout - lower the amount of weight you are training with and focus on really feeling your chest contract. I suspect you will get a much better pump, be more sore the next day and your shoulder won't hurt.

If you aren't already - start supplementing with fish oil at 6-10g per day. It is very important on cycle to maintain healthy cholesterol levels and also to prevent/reduce inflammation from hard weight training.

Be specific, pain where in shoulder and at what point during a press,as well any other times. This would help isolate issues. Could be form, could be an injury. Barbells tend to cause more harm than DB, so lighten up an pay attention to where it hurts, what is depth ect. Rest, rolling and ice always help

If the shoulder pain persists, and you already took care of the exercise form (are you doing the scapular retraction?), I would recommend you to visit a physical therapist. It is difficult to find a good one that can really solve your issue with just one or two sessions, so look out.
