Recently visited site of an approved source (naps gear)at checkout it advised me that shipments could not go to po box and signature may be required. I've never used a website to acquire products like these. Is this common? In the old days we would have said no way in hell.

Do yourself a Big Favor and look somewhere else, as they are Known Selective Scammers.
