Test and tren bulk cycle

Man, I really appreciate what you've done here. Really instightful and down right awesome to see you take out the time and log your entire cycle. Also impressed by the amount of research and thought you've put into everything. Keep up the good work bro!
 
Thanks heaps fellas means a lot, the cycle has been fu*king unreal, really gotta push now and get a good recovery and hopefully keep my results
 
Day 89

Just had a arms, calves and ab workout today, got a huge pump on the calves and hammered arms but I'm lucky to get 1 or 2 sets of curls or forearm work in before the pump is to painful, can rest a bit then keep pushing through but far out it nails me. Vascularity was insane today though so it's always good getting a huge arm pump with veins hanging out everywhere haha
 
Day 92

Sorry fellas slacking right off lately just haven't had the time to get on here, trained chest yesterday and shoulders and calves this morning. Feeling pretty ordinary the last few days, dunno if it's from the var or just lack of sleep and run down from work. Still getting in good training sessions and shit but just don't have the same intensity that I've had, guess it's gunna happen since the hormones are fading away, diet is the same as it's been most cycle, sitting around 4000cals
 
Day 93

Trained quads this morning, started on squats and just stayed on 100kg and done 10 sets of 10, was absolutely spent after squats but hooked into everything else, I still felt abit off today so dunno what's causing it but I've only got till the end of this week using anavar then I'll start pct on Monday

Got an overseas holiday coming up bro and a couple of weddings so it's just easier to get off and start up again early next year

Day 95

Had a rest day yesterday because work fu*ked me up, trained back this morning and switched things up, gunna change my training style heading into pct, keep things short and sweet mainly just using compound moves and focus more on the stretch and connection over heavy weight. Will train chest and tri's tomorrow
 
hey you didnt do aromasin throughout cycle? is it necessary or only when feeling symptomatic? i pretty much started same cycle a few days ago, it would be nice to get input, thanks bro and killer documentation, that takes discipline

Great review and progress report bud, well done, keep it up and you'll be up and running again in no time
 
Hey man yeah I used aromasin throughout the whole cycle, started with 12.5mg every second day and towards the end of it I just used it daily.

Sorry fellas been slack as shit lately got so much going on, cycle is finished now and I'm day 3 into my pct. feeling good still and training with the same intensity haven't really felt much of a strength drop so can't really complain. Will just post a weekly update now until pct is finished then I'll do a full recap on the whole cycle
